41 The welcome to Pet Health Cafe to show where your pet has a voice. This is Bill the Pet Health Gurule. I don't my special guest host, Michelle Health Coach. What are we doing tonight? Michelle? I'm doing well, Bill, except my dog's decided to bok again. But it's okay. How are you Bill? I'm hanging in there. It's been one of those weeks. As you know. I I know well baby steps know that we have a phenomenal guest tonight. Bill. Okay, Well, Yes, as always, we want people to share this. Now hit your share button. Like me to introduce him. Yes, share button like and subscribe so that we can get the algorithms up, get to show out to many more people. And so, Michelle, who's this mystery guest that you're bringing on?
53 I think you may even know him. His name is doctor Howard Sohler, known as hey doctor Howe, and he's a acupuncturist, irredologist, a chip young practitioner. He works the work they do. He does spiritual work, spiritual the whole body, okay, mind, body, soul. So I think let's givehim a shot a shout out and U welcome, welcome, doctor Solar. There he is? Is he there? You hear me? Do you hear me? In a horrible connection, but there is there?
34 Hear you? Do how are you get better? Do you hear me? Yes? We hear you for something. Our connection is not a stable tonight, but it works. Okay, I introduced you doctor. Can you hear us? Yes? I can can you hear us? Yeah? You're breaking up a little bit too. I'm breaking up not so bad, not so good. Evening everyone out there in that land. Why are we breaking up? Is it our connection? I do not bringing up practice? Can you get how she muted my mic? Why did she do that?
15 Okay? All connections are a shell. You're having a lag on your but everything else is. Okay, all right, and we again take two. So, doctor Stoler is the director of Wellness Unlimited, and I'd like you to tell our audience a little bit about your practice and all the different modalities that you use to help your patients feel better. So if you can give us a little bit, maybe explain to us by going into your acupuncturist role, and what is the difference between acupuncture and acupressure. If you may, okay, oh you want to get technical on me? Huh, okay, no, pro the difference. I mean, I don't know if that's a good place to start.
04 But since you asked, I'll answer the question. Do you hear me? Okay? Do you hear me? Okay, yes, we hear you. So since you asked this very specific question, I will answer your very specific question. The difference between acupuncture and acupressure is quite clear. With acupuncture, you're puncturing through the skin with needles. With acupressure, you're simply applying pressure to the acupuncture or acupressure points, not puncturing the skin, but simply applying pressure. Acupressure, though, since you asked, is a very effective modality, but of course acupuncture works a lot more deeply in us. Wrong. Some people, though, have very powerful chi. Chi is being your life force energy, one of the ways to describe life force energy. Some people have chi because they do chigung, they do other things to develop their yuan chi and other aspects of their spiritual mind, bodies, their being that they can get results as powerful as many acupuncturis get with needles. And I think that's a very interesting fact to be cognizant of that as we develop as human beings, as acupuncturists, as healers and whatever healing are you're in, you become more powerful powerful. I wouldn't say more powerful, but let's say more empowered to share and utilize that healing and that she and that energy, that power, that spirit that we develop and become more
37 and more empowered by. You know, we don't empower the spirit. The spirit empowers us. So it's a wonderful thing to see yourself grow as a healer as a teacher, as a brother, sister, friend. So, doctor, how how long have you been studying ancient Chinese medicin? Oh? About five or six thousand years? Really? Actually, you look really good, right right? Thank you? Actually, I've been involved with. What prompt you to study Chinese medicine? And how does that compare to I?
18 I was trying to answer your other question. Am I lagging now. A little bit? We're trying, We're listening now. I answer your answer your question about how long I've been involved in several different aspects of natural health, healing, wellness, fitness for more than forty. Years, probably even more than that. But acupuncture, I actually started getting pretty seriously involved with it around the beginning of the nineties, ninety ninety one area another question or shall. I go on? You can go on continue. You also had asked me about how tell us. All about what you do all the different modalities.
00 Yeah, I was just saying you also asked me to say something abalities that I use besides acupuncture, massage and bodywork, therapy, physiotherapy, light healing. Okay, light is a wonderful thing. Everything is light. Light is probably is definitely one of the most powerful forms of energy. As we know, everything in the universe is energy, and everything in the universe is made of the same one substance. It's just all vibrating at. Different frequencies, and that's what gives the illusion of separation and difference. But we're really all one. So light energy I use red.
41 Light, green light, blue light, and yellow light, depending on the need. Red light is probably the one most people know about, and the most popular and the most used, and that is the deepest penetrating of the lights, like we're talking infrared LED type lighting, and it penetrates real deep. I mean it will even help to remove inflammation from joints. I mean, that's how deep it penetrates. And it's wonderful for the skin, muscles, so many different things. Then I also use So when you're saying light doctor, how when you're saying light energy, could you explain that to the audience? What do you what exactly is that a laser therapy? What exactly are you referring to?
24 Okay, actually I'm referring to something called the submarine max Probe Plus, which is a sort of a little tunnel that you get inside of and has seven hundred and twenty meticulously designed led the beads that light up and cover a big portion of your body all. At once and shine the. Light, shine the light or shine the light into your body, and it helps to. You know your body to heal itself. Like I said, the red light therapy is the most well known and most used, and it is the deepest penetrating one. Not only wonderful for your skin, muscles, but joints.
10 It will actually help remove inflammation from the joints. It can help with your tendons, ligaments, all that stuff, all the connective tissue, even blood, which yes, is a connective tissue, a little known fact, but anyway, it's great stuff. I also have vibration medicine, which is in other words, many of you are familiar with like standing on a vibration plate, and you have many different settings you can use, and then we can also use frequency. Frequency medicine has been around for hundreds of not probably thousands of years, and it's something that's been coming very much back into vogue in this day and age now. The rife frequencies many of you are probably familiar to your health conscious and research maniacs.
54 Like I am probably know something about the. Rife frequencies Royal Rife who in vented the rife machine way back when. And uh, it's once again another natural healing modality based on frequency energy medicine that's coming very much back into vogue today and I'm very grateful that it is because it can be very effective. I also do a lot of massage and body work, therapy, physiotherapy, stretching, there's a. Lot of that is all about that, you know, Bill Bill uses that as well. That's great. Yeah, although you use that as you're at your place as well.
35 Yes, we do a lot of the same same things. If we'se How's been there many many times and we've had many many conversations and a lot of this stuff. We sometimes look at things a little bit differently and that's good as it opens our minds. You know. My focus is more on nutrition, which is another alternative medicine, isn't it. It absolutely is, and I have a very big focus on that as well as a master herbalist certified food therapist, which is a really cool modality food therapy. We always start with food before we introduce any herbs or nutritional supplements, except of course, a foundational nutritional program. Which everybody needs.
19 But then, of course each person is an individual. Everybody has bioindividuality, so we all need different things in different amounts and different combinations and so forth. As I know you are an expert in bill. Yeah, it's you know you you know, we have to go back to We have to go back to the basic body. I mean, that's the whole thing. The basic body is where it starts. All these other things enter into it and each one can have positive effects on it. It's never about one thing. It's always about the sum of the whole. And without that, you know, you're just chasing things around your body. Yes, well, where they need to get to the root cause of every So if a patient comes to you, doctor, how what is your steps? Like I know when someone comes to me as a client, I have certain protocols that I do first before I actually engage with the client or potential patient. What are your steps to helping achieve success and you know, good overall good well being, overall wellbeing for the patient? What's your first step?
29 First step is to speak, usually to speak with them on the phone, and either we strike up a rapport on the phone or we don't. Hopefully we do and then we can move on from there to arrange an in person office visit or I also make house calls for those in need or either a homebound or have problems with the ambulation. But then in the office visit there is a whole process of diagnosis that takes place. Now, it all starts with how someone looks, how someone speaks, how someone moves, how someone smells, even and then there's palpation.
10 Okay, four pillars. We use a lot of different things. The first ones, main ones in diagnosis that we usually turn to are the. Tongue diagnosis and the pulse diagnose. But we also look at the eyes, we look at the nails, we look at the skin, many different things, and we use primarily eighteen different pulses, three on each wrist and then three levels deep, so that's three six nine on the one wrist and three six nine on the other. Risk makes eighteen pulses and these represent the different organs and meridians. Each organ has a meridian, So there's the heart meridian or channel commonly known the pericardium meridian, the kidney meridian.
53 All of the different. Organs have a meridian, and then there are extraordinary meridians the doumyan or I, which do not have organs connected. However, they have very powerful effects on many of the organs and systems within the body. I don't see you. You don't see me. I see me. Okay, did you? Did you hear everything? I just said? You're lagging? You're lagging, So eighteen eighteens ayre saying? No? That the process of checking eighteen meridians. Then from there you go on onto diagnosis as to how to treat Okay, we're listening to.
40 Okay, I don't know. Are you hearing me? Because that was not what I said. You're lagging frozen? Yeah, okay, basically checking the depulsives, which tell you how do you base that on strength and rhythm frequency? How best all of those and more? Do you hear me? Hear me? Okay, yeah, all of those and more? The depth, the shape, the strength? Hear you the strength? When I say the shape, pulse can be wider or more, narrow, can be thready, it can be drum like, it can be you know, something that's called well, no, I guess you don't know, but something that's called let's see, there are deep pulses, there are floating pulses, which usually indicate something that's in the process of attacking, and the wind is known as the leader of the one hundred diseases. So when you have a floating pulse, it's like your weight chi, which is your defensive chi, is battling off some sort of a pathogen that's attempting to attack you and get into your boy. There's a thready pulse, there's a wiry pulse, usually in pain is probably the most usual. There are other times that you may have a wiry pulse too.
06 But can you hear me? Doctor? How you sort of? I hear you? But you're freezing and unfreezing on the screen there. Do you hear me? You're freezing, freezing and unfreezing. I hear you, Bill, you hear me, I'm my screen, I'm good. Ikay good. So yeah, I wanted to know. I wanted to correct what you said. It's not eighteen meridians. Primarily there are fourteen fifteen, But I was speaking of eighteenth pulses. You got me, Michelle, pulses, eighteen pulses what you're feeling.
47 So with those pulses, that helps you to determine which course you're going to take correct absolutely, okay, so from there you create, of course, how long would you say or is it different because of bioindividuality? How long would you say an average person takes to get to the point of feeling better? If there is set time three months? Do you hear me, Michelle the average time you hear you? Okay, we'll keep me good, but we keep breaking up here, and we're to break anyway. So let's take a quick break, mercial break here, and let's see if you get Michelle fixed up here.

40 Healthier, and welcome back in with Pet healths Cafe and show your pet's voice. This is Bill the Pet Health Guru, with my special guest host Michelle health Coach and doctor Howe, an old friend of mine, and we're talking about alternative medicine here again. We want you to share, like and subscribe, and if you've got questions, strow in our chat room. Okay, do we have you at a better scale Michelle? Or do I need to take over more? No, there's no sound at all, So anyway, okay, So alternative you you do a whole doctor Howard, you do a whole broad range of alternatives focusing on a lot of different things.
34 How do clients which or how do you decide which is the best approach? Because I mean, you know me, I take a much more streaming, uh you know baseline, you know herbs, who you know foods? Who herbs? Which are foods? More foods you know? And uh then building from there, you know, lifestyle change rather than you know more so than anything else, rather than modality. How do you that I agree one hundred percent with that. As a matter of fact, for decades, I've been telling people and teaching to educate, don't medicate because the body, of course is innately empowered to heal itself and keep itself healthy. So you know, the food, food and more food.
23 Definitely. As a matter of fact, I have a little equipped that I like to say that everyone's diet should contain a substantial amount of food. That's yeah, that's right, because I mean when you walk into a supermarket today, most of the middle of the supermarket contains no food at all, even if fringes are getting getting iffy. I mean when especially when you've taken you know, some of the things that do to our meat, and you know our produce, and of course dairy is a complete wipeout, and the bakery is you know, you should stay as far away from that as you can, although it smells really good, doesn't it. Oh yeah, so when they're doing those chocolate chip cookies.
04 So well, but there are they're all natural. Yeah, But when we look at it, I mean, if you're doing so many different things, how do you just fit in make a determination? What you know at what point can you make a determination, what you start with and where you go. I'm going to go back to bioindividuality, and I'm going to answer your question earlier, Michelle, or your statement, and say, wouldn't it be nice if there was such thing as an average person? But there's not. We're all different, and we all have. Our specific needs and also our specific goals. And I like to say, you know, people often as well, what do you need or what do you want? Well, I'm going to break that down and I'm going to tell you that your needs are determined according to your wants.
53 In other words, if you want to live a long, healthy life, then you need to eat right and exercise and meditate and whatever forms of relaxation meditation work. Best for you. It's always a holistic approach. And I always utilize, I mean, I would say nineties, at least nineties at the time, use a multidisciplinary approach to help people, which consist of some counseling, some massage and bodywork therapy, may be some stretching. Usually there always is some stretching involved with the massage and bodywork therapy and acupuncture as well. These modalities work very very well together.
37 The red light. Also, very often I'll start with the red light to help bring down inflammation, which will allow a better flow of energy, better flow of cheat through the meridians. So they all work together. Okay, So very rarely will I do one thing. Now, I have had quite a few patients, and I'm gonna get back to your other question in just a moment, Michelle. But I've had quite a few of patients too with one simple treatment. People who work in a lot of pain and acute injury, Okay, and acute injury can generally be treated a lot quicker and needs to be treated a lot quicker than a chronic condition. I have had experiences where one simple treatment with a couple of needles and boone total cure. I never expected that maybe I should, But the first time it happened, it certainly was a surprise to me because I expected to have to treat this person several times.
38 If people ask me the question how many treatments should. It take to alleviate this condition or cure this condition? Whatever, I say, well, why don't we start out with a certain number? And there are many different ways that we together, Patient and position, patient and healer will work together to determine men once again, according to needs, wants, goals. How many treat you know, it could be three. I might recommend three treatments to try. I might recommend six. It might be a lot more. I cannot predict how many treatments anything will take, because once again, there's bioindividuality, and. There is you know, it's in.
21 Mainstream medicine or you know, a lot of people like to call it traditional medicine. No, they're talking about conventional medicine, m D medicine. That's conventional, that's not tradition. What I do is traditional medicine, okay, but in this type of medicine. You know, there's a saying in the m D medicine that the number one cause of therapy failure is patient non compliant. So even if I do my part, and I will always instruct the patient on how to best extract the most effective healing out of what we're doing, like to go home, I'll teach a certain self massage technique, self active pressure techniques, meditation breeding.
12 If they're not following these things and doing these things, you got to have that dedication to really want to get well and stay well in order to achieve it. So that's an extremely important part too. So I hope I answered both of those questions. Well, the other thing is, and I'm sure you'll agree with this, because basically there's only two causes of all disease anyway, which is toxicity poisoning and deficiency malnutrition. And they work actually against each other because if you've got a toxin, it creative deficiency because you're blocking pathways, you know, delivery systems, all of that, the organs can't function properly, and of course when they can't function properly, the toxicities build up because now we can't flush all that stuff out.
00 And when you look at lifestyle, you have to start determining where is all this stuff coming from, don't you, Because you're you know, when you're doing massage and all that, you're opening up the pathways. But you can open up a super highway and still have a bunch of drunken drivers on it, can't you. You absolutely can. Very good point, Bill, So so detoxification, cleanliness within and without, cleanliness in mind, body and spirit, which actually they have it back, which it's actually spirit, mind and body, and would be the proper order is essential, is essential, yes, you're absolutely right, excellent point. And you know, I mean when we look at the city, if you want to look at the the toxicity problem.
43 One of the big things I find, of course, is that ninety probably ninety five percent of the toxins that go into our bodies and into our pets bodies also are invisible. You don't see them. You know that that floor cleaner smell, you can make your floor smell really really clean. What did it is just to be your body? Women with cosmetics, okay, we have to have that cream fresh mountain smell. What's lot in their body from the time they were born until the time they die? You know, all the lawn, chemicals, chemtrails, all these different things are all invisible. How do you try to track that down? So you know what you meant? Oh, I'm sorry, go ahead. You know not you know so that when we start the declassification, we're looking at foods, when we're looking at herbals, when we're looking at other you know, what do we have to open up? I mean, you know you can you can sometimes sense and diagnosed with you know where the lymph nodes are and have their swollen and you know the the blood vessels and all of that sort of thing. But you know, one of the things too that we try not to do on the show is talk about cures because Facebook, YouTube, none of them like that term. And then the FDA, as you know, you're not allowed to cure anything with anything except patented drugs.
55 Isn't that something? Uh? Well, here we are, Like I said quite a bit earlier. But I've been teaching people for decades is educate, don't medicate. So yes, learn proper lifestyle and everyone everyone is different. You know, Tennis might be great for one person and it might be terrible for another person. Swimming might be great for one person that might be terrible for another person. I also do quite a bit of personal training, so I'll train people in the gym who want to go that route, and I'll help people with even targeted exercise programs to develop the specific muscles that are used for a different sport, like, for instance, people who end up with tennis elbow that's on one side of the arm, and people who end up with with golf elbow that's on the other side.
46 Of the arm. So it's very very interesting how so many different little intricacies of our lifestyles can affect everything in our life. But yeah, very excellent point. And once again we're talking about individual. Everybody's different and that means different in their lifestyle, different in their desires, their dreams, their hopes, their goals, and those things determine what steps they need to take to be on track for those goals, dreams, hopes. Yeah, that's exactly right. I mean, you know, we can lead them to water, but we can't make them drink right. And you know, when we were talking about clients, one of the big issues and of course I run into it with more with pets because we have to tell a pet owner that they're doing something wrong and the pet can't say, hey, mommy, I'm doing that wrong. But basically, you have to restructure a person's belief system to start with, because they, you know, up until the time you see them, they have a belief that everything was fine and whoever they were seeing and getting advice from before was right.
53 And it's a bouncing act to tell them, you know, everything you learned was wrong. And here's where we're going to start all over again. You're not kidding. That certainly is a challenge, and you know, can't just do that. Can't just say everything you're doing is wrong. I find the most effective way to remedy that is to introduce or teach you know better things to replace the things that are not serving their best. Injuriest it is a balancing yet, and we're up against another break here. We'll be right back after this quick break.

07 Okay, and we're back here in the Pet healths Cafe to show where your pet has a Voices has built the Pet Health Guru along with Michelle, my health coach and co host and doctor Howard. Doctor how is he known in the circles? You know? Alternative Medicine is on the like you mentioned, he's on the comeback. Uh. You know you talked a little bit about the rife machines and h energy and that sort of thing which we look at. I don't know, Michelle, are you able to get in or not? Should we try? Nope? Okay anyway, but you know there's some of the modalities that I look at as well. But the frequency when we look at frequency especially and light therapy and things like that, isn't that aren't you looking more very directly at specifics rather than overall health.
59 No, Oh, I don't think so, because once again, as I said earlier, everything is frequency, Everything is made of energy and vibration, and the solidity of objects is really just an illusion. Remember that every atom is way over ninety percent space, so you know what, not only is it and the illusion caused by the electrons flying around the neutrons, protons and nucleus so quickly creates that illusion of solidity when really everything you're looking at is way over well over ninety percent space. And guess what, more interestingly, all the most important stuff happens.
43 In that space. That's exactly what you know what I I know, you know. What I mean exactly. The reason that brought the question the way I did is because when you went to a lot of practitioners, you know, they're looking at just a very very specific body part. You know, I'm gonna put the light here, I'm gonna do the frequency here, you know, vibration here, and they're talking in very very specific terms. But you're right, the body you know, works across the board. You know, you're familiar with some of the light therapies that are being done now with reflective light in the body. You know, you have some experience with those as well, and you know this little tiny patch can dispatch things all over the whole body one hundred percent of the time. And you know, it's it's amazing how the body is designed and actually counters what we think we're doing, because it has a mind of its own and knows what has to be fixed first.
46 It has its own priority list. You know, we might take something for a headache, and you know we've got a liver problem, and you know, especially when we're doing more natural stuff, the body is going to move those nutrients to where we actually needed them that when we want them, And that makes it a little bit more of a challenge, doesn't it. Well, yes and no. On the one hand, it makes a little bit more of a challenge to kind of towing yourself down from being too overly specific. And on the other hand, knowing that we have these, as I mentioned, innate healing and health programs that God created in our bodies, in our minds, in our brains and our souls, and so on the one hand, yes, it makes harder.
34 On the other hand, yes, it makes things easier. And I know you were getting getting to the patches, which are very, very amazingly effective things. Since you know, there's. A field some of you may want to look up called biophotonics, and that is the study of the light within the body and the way that our selves actually communicate with each other, not to mention overall with light. Light is the mode of communication between ourselves. And you know, even even to refer to ourselves as an individual is not really correct, because we are not really an individual.
19 We are a community of trillions of cells, each with all of its own systems, all working together to create. What we see as this being. Yes, I mean it's it's that that whole field is. Of course, it's just been opening up. It's a lot of us have known this world quite some time. You know, a lot of this, a lot of the basic stuff, you know, when it comes to the deficiencies, the toxicities, and how you know, we need copper to make that electrical being worked. That all came out of the animal industry back in the early in the late eighties and the early nineties. They were curing diseases that we're still looking for cures for and I'm not supposed to use that word, but that we're looking for that's what they keep telling us, and it's not happening because they're not looking at the basic science. They're not looking at the basic physiology of the body. And I think that's the one area that the medical community is far, far deficient, is knowing how the body works. And if you don't know how the body works, how can you ever fix it?
21 Right? That's why there are so many specialists today. You know, there's a right arm specialist and a left arm specialist, and an eye specialist and another specialist. And the holistic aspect of medicine, as it always in the beginning was and is supposed to be okay, has gone very much. By the wayside, and that is a real shame. And I'm glad that you opened up that subject because holistic medicine really is what it's all about. And today a very popular buzzword is functional functional medicine, which of course is basically a reiteration of holistic medicine, because what is holistic medicine. They study and addressing, hopefully properly, all of the different aspects of the being. And it's not just the body, of course, it's the mind, the body, the soul, the spirit, the or the energy all of these different things. And you were talking earlier about toxins, many of them being invisible. Well here's when you didn't mention, how about radiotoxicity.
36 We are continuously being. Bombarded with all kinds of waves, microwaves and macrowaves and every other kind of wave you can imagine, and many of them can really cause problems in the body, especially when they interact with certain other. Types of toxins that are also present in the body. I'm not going to go into specifics, but many of you know of for what I speak. That's exactly right. I mean, it's like, you know, even even the chemical interventions that we see, you know that people don't think about. You know, we know that they're spraying aluminum into temp trails and the weather modification and all of that. What most people don't realize is the fluorides that they put in the water. Actually, you know, because that was a that was a byproduct of mine aluminum, it's naturally attracted to it, so we're actually drawing more less toxic aluminum into our body. And of course, once that aluminum is there, blocks the whole use of the whole calcium complex. So we've got a terrible problem with with these what they're doing to us without a choice, without any kind of consent.
43 Yes, it was an industrial waste and they didn't know how to get rid of it, so they said, well, let's just dump it in the water. Yeah technically yeah, And they got a bunch of dentists said, okay, this is fine for cavities when we know that just just through nutrition, you know, adding the right forms of different things like round eight shells will get rid of cavities by themselves. I mean it's been known for over one hundred years, you know, Western Price Foundation get a lot of work with that. And even if florid would help to build a cavity or the beginning of a cavity or micro tracks, you know, things like that, microficiency.
23 It is a very poor and very weak. Fix, whereas the nutritional fix of which you speak is a healthy, strong, permanent. And you know, people speak sometimes about minerals. Minerals are critical, probably a lot more critical than vitamins. Minerals and felures and can replace. A vitamin deficiency where vitamins can never replace a mineral deficiency. And I love the work Denim Harmon was a soil scientist who first proves, at least in modern days, that plants, animals, and humans grown and fed on mineral poor soil will be scrawny and weak and short lived and unhealthy. Okay, Whereas plants, animals, and humans grown and fed on mineral.
16 Rich soil will be robust and. Large and strong and healthy and long lived. So that's great stuff there too, doctor Denham Harmon. He's also the man, incidentally, who coined the phrase the free radical theory of aging, and that, as we know now, is only one of the several key factors to aging or not aging as much. So we want to focus on not just you know, life span, or we want to focus on health span. If you live a long time but you have a very low quality of life, what good is that? So you want to focus on health span. How can long can you be alive and healthy and enjoying life?
