This is a subject that is very very important to me personally and that I think is probably one of the number one health issues that we need to tackle. And with that being said, I would like to introduce Luisa Crane are Water Specialists.

1:31 Hello, good evening everyone, Thank you, How are you doing doing so good? Feeling good? How are you doing? That's always fantastic. Hey, listen, every day I wake up, it's a great day. Yes, that's true. Today I woke up wearing my glasses today. I usually wear my contacts, and I felt like it was spring. I don't know what was in the air that was shifting around. So I'm grateful that we're talking about to Nate's topic because my water saved me this morning. That's what we want to hear. And I got a lot of bunch of questions and that sort of thing. I know that, you know, the units that we sell are probably one of the most important things that you should have in a household. It's the importance of living water is so important. But my as you know, you've been in my store and they have seen me with consoles and stuff like that. It is tough to make people realize the importance of good, clean, living water, isn't it.

2:40 I think it's because we take water for granted. You know, it's become pretty easy to find water everywhere, and because it all looks the same, and to a lot of people it even smells the same. To me, it doesn't smell the same, but a lot of people say it looks the same. It smells the same. It must all be the same, So why pay premium when I can get it for so cheap. But we know that just because it looks the same and smells the same, it's not the same. So I think I think that's one of the reasons people definitely take it for granted. You know, I got some news this morning. I don't know if you've heard it or not, but I think it was a judge in Texas has come out and ruled against the fluoride people, which is great news that and of.

3:27 Course what's going on in politics. If we can get the fluoride out of the water, and first of all, there will be a big step for everyone, and it would make it a lot easier for us with the units and that sort of thing as well, because you don't have to do as much filtration and you know, decontamination if you will. Yeah, purifying our water before we can even turn it into living water. You know, there's so many steps, and it would be amazing to get the florida out of our water, especially because very few filters that will even remove fluoride. It's so small. It's one of the smallest chemicals to filters. So I'm very excited for that news as well.

4:09 Yeah, so what is what is living water in reality? I mean, that's that's I think that's when I think when I talk to people, I see the rise kind of cross and roll around, and you know what's the difference. Yeah, So I think if you can remember back to chemistry class, you know, we were taught that water is H two oh two parts hydrogen one part oxygen. And I think everybody knows that, and everybody would agree to that. But I think where a lot of people fall short is recognizing that if your water is void of hydrogen and is void of oxygen, which is all bottled water, reverse osmosis water, most filtered water, definitely water coming from your fridge, then it's not actually water. What you're consuming is something that looks like water and might feel like water when you're drinking it. But if you can't see the hydrogen, which is one of my favorite things about the congon water machines, is actually seeing the hydrogen bubbles, actually seeing the water and movement, actually seeing that there is a vibration, that there is an energy to the water, then you're not really consuming H two oh. So the fact that our water is hydrogen rich in a simple way to explain, it is really what makes it living.

5:24 It's what makes it a living You know. Well, the thing is true. I mean, you know, I would say probably just in a rough guess, seventy percent or more of the people that come in through my store, and of course the majority of the well I won't see the majority a lot of the dogs they come in, especially the first time, the pets they come in for the first time. Once we switch them over obviously to a raw species appropriate diet, you've got living water into food. But prior to that, it's just it's they're all dehydrated, aren't they super dehydrated?

6:05 And I love that you told me even that, like cats and dogs get a lot of their food, especially or a lot of their water, especially cats from the food and the fact that you're using cong and water to make all the foods, just to me is incredible. Since knowing you, I have switched my animals over to a majority of a raw diet, and you can notice the difference very quickly. In this you know how their eyes, how they can connect with you, and the eyes, the texture of their coats, even the muscle their muscles. You can feel they're stronger, you know, they're more hydrated, and I'm excited because that's added a lot of longevity to my animals. And I love my fur babies so much. I'm up to five cats now and a dog's Oh my god, I think I think I need to stop visiting the Orlando shelter.

6:52 They they've been putting next to your name, Crazy Cat Lady. Absolutely absolutely, and my I think I need a take on whole other side hustle just to continue their raw diet because my pats are definitely putting a debt in my in my in my financial budget for sure. Absolutely. But you know what, you know, it is so different the nature of the animals themselves, and of course we're the same way. I mean, we destroy our foods, you know, with with the cooking process. And you know, when you look at even you know, it. Doesn't matter which end of the spectrum you're on, whether you're a carnivore type or a vegan type or any combination there are. You know, the food supply is so devoid of of course the vitamins, but also the minerals because you know, if you're a carnivore type, those those animals that you're eating have to eat vegetation in order to provide the vitamins and minerals, and especially minerals. Our soil is completely devoid of most minerals. Now, yeah, and you know that's part of the problem with the fluorides as well. You know the toxic aluminium that's in there, and you know that's attracted by the flooride that goes right to the brain through the brain blood brain barrier.

8:07 And rain, our rain is super polluted as well. Yes, I was visiting a local farm beginning of the year. We were actually picking strawberries, and I was asking the farmer, do you collect a lot of water? This is so much land, and he said, we don't use any more rain water because we live near the Orlando airport. And if you live near an airport, the sky is so polluted that you don't want any of that rain coming through your soil, and you absolutely don't want it touching your food. So I just thought that was so sad that if you live near an airport, which is everybody having. There's airports everywhere, if you live in Miami, if you live in Fort Lauderdale, if you live in Palm Beach. I live in Orlando, You're near an airport, and that means that our rain is extremely toxic, which I think is really sad.

8:54 Yeah, I mean that that's true. I mean it used to be that we could get our living water from the rain, but not anymore. Saw a comment that a question that came up about about how many cats that take to make a crazy cat Lady, It's not about numbers, it's about attitude. I love it. I love it. Yeah, but yeah, I mean the importance. I mean, you know, what percentage of the body is water and what you know, and real water is what I'm talking about that fakes. Use great, that's a great question. They do overgeneralize it and say that we are about seventy percent water. But you also can break it down, like our skeletal system is thirty percent water, you know, like our brain that we use so much. One of our most used organs is ninety percent water. So that's really high on the spectrum.

9:42 But most of our organs are about seventy percent water. Our blood system is eighty percent water. And it kind of varies. Some of the smaller organs are a little bit less, some of the bigger organs are a little bit more but we are majority water and the planet makes the same. It's not just us, but our planet is also need eighty percent water. And when I first heard that statistic about our body, I was like, but where is all that water sitting? Because it's not like, you know, we don't feel like we are made up majority of water, but it's actually inside of our cells. Our cells are majority water, and we're made up of cells, so when you are drinking living water. It's one of my favorite things actually about the Congon water is that it actually penetrates our cells, able to touch the Mitochondria's able to affect our DNA. It's able to flush the inside of our cells and pull out the toxins that like to hide inside the cell membranes. And it's I think one of the reasons you are able to one drink so much of the congon water and not feel so bloated, so heavy you don't hear it slashing around in your system. It's because it's actually going to where our body is majority water, which is our cells. So I think that's pretty cool.

10:56 Yeah, you know, of course, down here in South Florida, I joke around without people. You know, you can get of the beach, and you know, you become dehydrated in the sun very very quickly. You know, you could drink a ton of bottled water and all you do is pee a lot. And you know, you know, my advice with a lot of it before it became involved with the kinking water, was the only way you're going to rehydrate is if you're eating good quality you know, organic fruits and vegetables, primarily fruits, you know, watermelon, things of that nature that are high high in you know, in in living water. And then you're you're basically hydrating at that cellulttle level. And that's so so important because and you know, if you're if it's just regular tapwater, bottle of water, whatever, the recovery time.

11:46 Is so long. And you know when we have that, you know, I was talking with clients today and one of the big things is all disease that we have is caused by stress. And then I bring you down into the next true stressors, which is toxicity, you know, poisoning, and deficiency, which is malnutrition. And of course on that deficiency line, the number one nutrient that we need is good living water, isn't it. Yeah, Yeah, And the toxic overload also is directly connected to our water intake, because if you are just constantly flushing out your system with poor quality water, you're just diluting the little bit of minerals and vitamins that you're putting in there, and it's not cleaning out the toxins.

12:35 So it's a two part problem. You're diluting the good things that you are putting in there if you're not drinking quality water, and you're not actually pulling any toxins out. So it's toxic overload and diluting the good things. And so it's no wonder why so many people feel so sick here in the US. The statistic is up to eighty percent of Americans are chronically dehydrated. Listening to a podcast the other day about how dangerous it is to have sluggish blood in our body, and the podcast wasn't even about water, but she was talking about sluggish blood, and she said, the reason why so many Americans have sluggish blood because the average American. Let's see if anyone knows, or maybe you want to guess, how many cups per day does the average American drink of water? And it's not even good water.

13:27 So so no it's not. I know that before I started started with a gun water, I drank almost none, you know, unless it was in coffee. Primarily coffee was a primary way that I got my water, and I would and I can tell you from personal experience as why I say this is personal to me that as you know, I'm not a young man anymore. You know, I wish I was, but I'm not. And I was having you know, I do a lot of different things on the natural side with your herbols and the clean foods and some you know, some other patch therapies and things like that. But even with doing all the things that I thought I was doing right, I still had a ton of joint pain. And when I started drinking water, it took about thirty days. And first off I said I wasn't drinking any water, and then I started drinking probably on the average sixty ounces you know a day, sometimes more, sometimes less, and almost all my joint pain went away was in about thirty days.

14:35 Wow, it was funny, and it was funny like today was one of those really crazy days. It's funny my Thursdays because I do this show, but we're open Thursday afternoons at the store, and I'm usually out there to meet and greet and talk with clients. And I swear that I do four radio shows in that afternoon that were open because I never shut up, and I guess it was about four o'clock. I finally looked at one of the girls and I said, give me a bottle of water, which of course we bottle, you know, the can't and water ourselves. And because I could feel my. Brain itself, I mean like a mild headache, but I could tell right away it was dehydration. And you know, fifteen minutes later, I'm still out there doing the same thing.

15:20 But you know, you have to take that break sometimes and you have to drink it. So many how many does the average person drink? About what I did, two two little cups for their whole day. Two cups of water is what the average American drinks. And we also know that that's not kongon water. So you know, if you're drinking two cups of dead, acidic, toxic water, then it's no wonder that the most Americans are chronically dehydrated. Chronic dehydration leads to more inflammation, lack of sleep, lack of immunity, lack of energy, braininess, hormone imbalance, so many things, just because we're not putting enough water in our body and we're not drinking quality water.

16:09 So now these units that we have. One of the things that you know, I know, there's been a hot button item here in the last probably six months or a year, is the whole hydrogen water thing. Essentially, we've been doing it all along, haven't we. Yes, we have, but we're actually creating hydrogen. You know, there's a lot of people making you know, things that look like hydrogen, but when we test it, it actually doesn't test as living alkalized water. So yeah, you know, so that that's one of you know, obviously one of the objections that we run into with you know, presenting you know, the units and stuff like that and trying to get them into the house. Of course, probably the number one, you know, I guess it's probably the main issue.

17:00 So is people have. Spent a lot of money an whole in house reverse osmosis, various filters, shower filters, all that stuff, and at the end of the day they realize, don't they, that they make the wrong choice. Yeah, yeah, yeah, because the whole home filtrations, you know, like think of the size of the filter that has to be for a whole home, especially if it's a large home, and the larger the filter, the more particles can go through. You know, think of a big net versus a little net. Obviously a smaller net is going to catch a lot more versus a large net, And a lot of these whole home filtrations are allowing a lot of large particles, things like fluoride. Like I mentioned, fluoride is a very small chemical. The particles are very very tiny. It takes a very specific type of filter to catch that. So when we test these whole home filtrations, a lot of it has chlorine coming through, floride coming through, pharmaceuticals coming through, even human DNA coming through. So it's definitely not ideal if you want to have quality of water to rely simply on a whole home filtration for sure.

18:14 Yeah, I mean you're still trying to push the same amount of water. You're trying to push the same amount of water through the same sized pipe it's going to you know, obviously they plug up, they don't run efficiently, but they have to put a filter in that's. Going to allow that water flow. Because if it's not flowing, you're not happy. You know. You can't shower, you can't flush your toilets, you can't turn on your faucets, you can't. So in order for that adequate flow to come through, they can't have a very tight, small filter. So that's why I prefer, you know, the single use filter like what we have in one specific location, and a smaller filter because it's trapping so much more, it's collecting so much more, it's filtering so much more.

18:59 Yeah, And I mean, realistically, your toilet doesn't really need filtered water, does it. Yeah, I know, but if you have a whole home filtration, then everything's gonna be filtered, and you're paying for. That filterration on top of it, you know, and whatever chemicals are using, and you know the mechanics of it and. All of that. So you know, again, you know, we kind of target our living water for ourselves and you know, for the health benefit if nothing. Else, for sure, and for our fur babies. Honestly, Like last month, I helped a sweet friend purchase her congon machine, and it was because her dog, even though he's quite young, he's six, they have found multiple tumors popping up on his body, and so I talked to her about food and nutrition and also the chemicals in her home, the toxins in her home. You know, the Conga machine is beyond just drinking water. There's over one hundred uses, and one of my favorite uses is the cleaning. You know, I think people forget that our furbie because they live on our floors. They you know, their paws are constantly absorbing whatever comes, whatever we put on our surfaces. And that's sort of thing, and I wanted to kind of throw something a little bit of an experience that I had here recently, one of my old partners, one of those crazy cat ladies, was doing rescue and happened to go through one of our airports with the animal. And as government employees, we know that they're not always the brightest. Made her take the cat out of the carrier in the middle of the airport so they could re examine the carrier, and of course the cat freaked out in the airport, jumped

The TSA person is kicking the X ray machine to get the cat out, freaking it totally out because she gets out on her hands and knees, pulls, grabs, gets the hold of the foot, pulls them by the leg out from another thing and totally both arms clawed and bit and blood all over the place. Called the paramedics. Of course she's on she's one of us, and we have no medication, none of that stuff. It was on a Saturday afternoon, Saturday night. She called me up and told me what was going on, or Friday afternoon, and I said, okay, over in the morning. Came over in the morning, and of course all they did was wrap.

25:05 It in gauze. And you've got all these open stores. Now I've got all these all these scabs, dry blood stuck to it. If you've ever tried to peel off a band aid, you know what that's like. Yeah. Fortunately, I grabbed. My bottle of eleven point five yeh started soaking down that bandage and basically it just kind. Of peeled right off. Cleaned it up using two point five nice coated it then with raw honey, and rewrapped it. For within a week's time, ninety nine percent of it was gone, no infections at all.

25:46 And if you know, cat bites and cat scratches are some of the most infectious type of wounds you can get. Yeah, I've gotten some that got crazy before I had my congan machine too. Well and this was this was treating it today after so you know, so it's got so many other uses that that you know, we need to you know that people got to realize that, you know, you have to stay healthy, especially if you've got four babies because they rely on you for feeding and water and you know, uh, their general care.

Yeah, And you know, I had a conversation with somebody today that one of their family members has got an animal that's been seizuring and has uh one of the other dogs. Is you have multiple tumors. And it's like you've got to make the switch. And you know they're talking about these rescue dogs and everything else. Well, if you rescue them and you're not doing the best for them, is that a rescue or are you making their life that a lot worse? Yeah, you know, if you're going to rescue, you've. Got to do the best. And of course, you know, water is important. I mean even I mean I've got clients that are using the water in their grooming salon to bathe animals.

27:37 Of course, you know. We have the SPA for yourself. Yeah, that's one of my favorites, honestly, Like, well, not that there's that many options, but I really really love my ESPA. Sometimes I'm like, if they took if the apocalypse happened and I could only take one thing in my backpack, am I taking the K eight or am I taking the n SPA? On some days the NSPO wins wins. Yeah. Now for most of our listeners probably don't know what that is. You want to slain it? Sure, So, not only is it important to drink quality water, but we drink a lot of water when we step into our shower or when we soak in the tub.

28:18 I personally love to take a bath, especially at the end of the day. And if you are taking a ten minute shower, you are absorbing about a liter of water. So if you think about a full liter of water, that's quite a bit of water. And the reason being is because our skin is our largest organ it's very absorbent. There's lots of open pores. When you step into warm water, it opens your pores even more dilates the pores, and so it's not only important to drink clean water, but to bathe in clean water. And we know that. Unfortunately, I live in Florida. You live in Florida. Florida's top three of worst water. I should say we're at the bottom of three of the worst water in the nation.

It's a very transparent report of exactly what's coming through our city water. And when I first saw that report, I had I think twenty one contaminants in my water, most of them exceeding health guidelines. I was shocked, and so immediately after getting the congonwater, I think it was just a couple months, I also purchased the anespa. And what the anespa is, it's the Congon version for our showers. You're able to use it for a shower and for the bath. It cleans the water, but also it remineralizes the water. There's special stones inside the anespa that come from a hot spring.

But I'm looking forward to getting one of those, and just because it every step in the health process, you know, and we're in a in a very very narrow space as far as a community, because everybody thinks health is medicine.

31:16 And now, of course we're seeing the wheels falling off the whole medical community, and doctors and hospitals and pharmaceuticals obviously are under a lot of pressure right now. And we've been doing it right, but we didn't start out this way. We had to take those baby steps and learn about it and make the investments, you know, in our own health because nobody else will, you know, we can't keep masking illness. We have to fix it, yes, and you know this is you know, one of those products that is so so vital to doing that. I mean, is there any other way of getting this today except having a natural spring on you know, on your farm or on your property in the mountains.

32:04 There really isn't, or if you live in one of the countries that has still an active blue zone. Unfortunately, we used to have hundreds of blue zones in the nation, in our world, and now we're down to less than ten. I think the closest one that we have to us is in Costa Rica. There's a few in Europe, there's some in the Middle East, there's definitely one in Japan. But unless you're living in one of those locations where the earth is naturally forming hydrogen rich alkalized pure water, you have to make the investment. Because we only have one temple. This is such a precious temple that's given to us, and we're responsible for doing the best that we can to take care of this temple and a lot of us. By taking care of this temple, we're also able to do our purpose and live out our purpose here better. You know, it adds longevity, it adds energy, it adds mental focus, It adds so much to the body.

32:59 Like I can't even imagine going backwards. I'm on my fourth year of drinking cong and water, and I feel like I'm aging backwards. You know that Benjamin Button movie. I kind of feel like I'm on that. I feel so much better now than I did four years ago, when I was dehydrated, when I was dealing with thyroid issues, when I was low immunity, when I couldn't sleep through the night like and I was younger. So it feels really good to be kind of aging backwards in some ways. I can agree with that totally. I mean, I get up every day. I mean people are I mean now between that and of course some of the other things that we teach it at my palaeopad and if by a complete concept. But they're looking at me like, Bill, you're getting younger, what are you doing.

33:42 So much weight? I feel like since I've met you, you've lost a lot of weight. Also, I've lost so I got a little bit more to go. And that's the hardest spot to lose it, you know, But when you're in my age. But I mean, you know, I work seven days a week. I just keep plugging along, and you know I never have a sick day. Yeah, you know, SAME's it's incredible and people just can't believe it. In fact, I had somebody I said something about I haven't been to a doctor in over thirty five years, and she says like, well, I feel sorry for you. And I said, what do you mean you feel sorry? Well, don't you want to know what's wrong with you? I said, there's nothing wrong with me. That's why I don't go.

34:23 I think we've normalized, you know, being dependent on a doctor and not trusting that you are healthy until you get that approval of the doctor. But we're very wise. Our bodies are constantly communicating to us, and I think if we tune in, we can tell if we're feeling good or if we're not feeling good. You know, we don't need that. I haven't gone to the doctor also in fifteen years. I don't take my children to the doctor, you know. So we have we've created our own home pharmacy with an FA arm pharmacy. So I think the main reason that it's important to go through a representative, to go through someone who has a little bit of understanding and experience, is because this is a medical grade device. This is not your average filter. This is not a filter that you're going to run into Low's or home depot or grab out Amazon. This is actually a really special unit that has been around for over fifty years in Japan and has been around in the US for now twenty years, and it is an actual medical grade device. There are gold seals on the front of each unit that represent all the different certifications that we have received in order to consider it a medical grade device. It's so special that you can even travel right through TSA. I travel often, and every time that I go through TSA, I bring a gallon of my water, and it's so fun to see everyone think that I'm going to have to get rid of my water. But because it comes from medical grade device, I'm able to bring it right through TSA and drink it on the airplane, drink it in other countries, different cities.

And what does that involve? Changing the food that you're eating, the way your diet is. Your nutrition and the water and all the other things are just components of that. But if you don't make those changes, those fundamental changes, you know, I can I can give you herbs, botanicals and foods that will detoxify.

It's just going to recirculate in your body and you keep building up and building up and building up, and that doesn't do anything for health, does it? No? No? No. And I also feel like the education of what the water is actually doing for our body is so important to actually understand. We're so detached from our food. We're so detached from our water. Most people can't even tell you anything about the food they're eating. It's so like they're so numb, they're so it's so autopilot. You know. Most food is coming in a can. Most food is coming out of the microwave. Most food is frozen.

41:45 Most food is from the drive through line. And that doesn't allow us to connect with our food. And you can see the human body was created to connect with their food. The way our eyes feel when we're looking at delicious food, our nose, how our mouth salivates, how we connect with our food through our hands, and we even imprint our food with our energy and like you know, like our energy from our hands going into the food activates the enzymes in our food, making it more bioavailable to the body. Well, the same thing goes with our water. Most people are very detached from their water source. They can't tell you anything about hydration. I can say, even me, before purchasing a Congon machine, I didn't even know how hydration worked in the body. I didn't even understand what happens when I drink water. I just figured I'm drinking the water. It must be doing something good, like I didn't even understand. So I think having that one on one connection and purchasing a Congon machine really allows you to connect with your understand what's happening in your body.

So what I love about the congon machines is with the click of a button, you can manipulate the pH of the water, so you can make the pH go really really high up to eleven point five, or you can drop the pH really really low, as low as two point five. And the eleven point five is a really really special water. It's the highest alkalinity that we can consume safely in larger amounts. And what that high alkaline water does it actually has the ability to naturally emulsify oil. A lot of the pesticides that are on our fruits and vegetables, even our grains, our rices, our pastas, things like that. I the other day, someone told me to soak my pasta. I had never tried it.

44:45 I was kind of grossed out on what came off my pasta. I like, even my pasta's dirty. I can't even eat organic pasta. But anyway, a lot of those pesticides, insecticides, herbicides, they're oil based because farmers are very smart. They want to use as much of the crop as possible. And if they're spraying these things on our crops so that bugs, insects, predators don't eat their crops, they know that it has to be sustainable through the rain, and they know that oil and water don't mix. So if they're using an oil based pesticide when it rains, when they're watering the crops, those pesticides are going to stay intact on the fruit. But the eleven point five has a natural way of emulsifying those pesticides, those herbicides, insecticides, breaking them down, removing them completely from our fruits and vegetables. And now we actually get to enjoy a clean apple, clean grapes, clean berries.

45:43 And I don't know if you've noticed this, but it tastes so much better, Like I notice the taste of the food immediately. And I have people tell me where do you get your fruit? Your fruit is so much better than mine. Your publics must have better fruit than mine, And I'm like, no, mine are just clean. That makes all the difference in the world.
