But this one's going to be primarily on foods and what exactly happens sometimes. And okay, Jay Charlie, how you doing. I heard I heard you had an interesting day today. Anyway, I'm glad you're on it. Uh.

1:57 It's it's one of those things that you know, we don't think about what happens when we process food. And as mentioned in the teasers and that sort of thing, one of the things we're going to talk about is the cooking process itself what it creates, specifically a chrolamide, which I'm sure most of you have heard about. That's, you know, basically the compounds in your the crust of your bread that you know so many people now trim it off because we know it's a known carcinogen. And you know, uh want to kind of call your attention to that bag of kibble that you been you know, pouring into the poor dog and cat's bowl. Doesn't it look a lot like that that's because it is irone.

But anyway, so I wanted to start out with that, you know, on the processed food product process, and you know, chruelamide happens to be one of the things we're going to talk about. We're going to talk about a few other parts of the processing itself, but anyway, one of the issues, uh, the European you know, in the European Food Safety Authority, they do put limits on the amount of a chrollamide. They can be in things like human crackers and crisp breads. But here in the United States do you have And actually in the EU there are no regulatory limits on the krylamides. Now I find that interesting since we know it is a dangerous thing and wouldn't we want to be protected from that. You know, we don't want to that's getting cancer because they've been exposed to a known carcinogen.

3:50 But yet when you're feeding kibble, that's exactly what is going on. Now. You know, we've heard about it basically a lot of times when you hear about a chromide. It's one of the big things that pop up from the anti meat people, the non carnivores, you know, the vegans, vegetarians and things of that nature. As you know, when you throw that steak on the grill and it, you know, it caramelizes and you know, gets a little bit charred, and you know, we all love that when we're having good barbecue. But that's a chromide and oh my god, it's going to be so bad for you as a human. But here's the interesting thing. What about that kibble? What about it? And you know, I'm just going to give you a Basically I did a chat GPT search on some of this stuff and just to kind of give you a couple of comments that came up on that.

4:39 First off, the ingredients, and I want you to listen closely and compare it. If you are feeding a kibble food, go grab your you might want to go grab your bag right now and see if any of these things are in it. Potatoes, sweet potatoes, legoms. You know, beans and grains are more likely to create a chrylamide under heat than most other foods. So we know going into the production of these pet foods that we have a problem. That food company won't tell you that as a nutritionist, so I can tell you that. As a health coach, I can tell you that, and how do we make kibble? Okay?

5:19 Under high heat extrusion produces more a chrylamides than any kind of low temperature cooking hmm four one hundred and fifty degrees for five hours under high pressure, And the lower the moisture content, the more acrylamides that are formed, which means that, of course kibble is a dry food, so it has to be dried out. So we are actually using the ingredients that create a chromide. We're then heating it and cooking it at that very very high temperature to make a dry all three of the major problems in a chromide creation. And like I said, that happens to be a no carcinogen. I don't know if anybody's been watching any of the statistics that we throw out here sometimes when I got doctor dimm and Morley and some of the others on, but that canine cancer is at an epidemic level. In fact, I'm sure that most of you that are pet owners either have had this experience or no friends and neighbors and other pet owners that all of a sudden their blugs starts to develop all these little lumps and bumps. Sometimes they'll get very very big. Sometimes you go to the vet and the vet says, oh, it's nothing to worry about. You know, it's just old age because they're not dangerous. It's a fatty tumor. It says that that's all cancer. And in

6:52 the meantime, you say not to worry about it, and he or she in the front room as a whole display a chrolomide loaded foods. Yes, this is the same thing with people like I mentioned at the beginning to show you know, they warn you about your overcooking your steaks and the grill, you know, charring them basically bread. A lot of people today, if they do eat bread, they're trimming off the crust because that is the a kriyll mine and then they're just eating the center of the piece of bread. That's why they've been warning about it. But the warnings aren't very loud, are they. I mean, I haven't seen a single billboard yet on High ninety five or the Florida Turnpike or any other major highway in the United States that says, you know, trim your bread, don't feed kibble because of the high amounts of a kriyll mine. I haven't seen a single commercial on TV, on cable, on YouTube basically about this, and yet it's something that according to statistics from the Pet Food Institute and other monitoring groups that upwards of almost eighty five percent of all animimals are fed that's dogs and cats anyway, are fed kibble eighty five percent. And of course you have to be concerned because it isn't a big thing as far as the doctors are concerned. As far as the veterinarians are concerned, they're all about money, and you know, treating symptoms, just symptoms based on what they've been taught

8:24 in fed school, what they've been taught at the continuing education. You know, this isn't even about basic you know, when you sold something about nutrition. Yes, we agree that they don't ever get a nutrition course, but shouldn't they at least have some common sense roadway, if you will, to steer their way through to at least guide you in a very generalized manner instead of actually promoting these toxic foods. Now, you have to understand they may when they recommend or steer you down, whether they're selling their own brands for the veterinary industry or any of the other brands. It's about convenience, and they think it's perfectly okay because on the backside, they know that they have a patient for life, and you know, we're looking we look at the animal's health and the symptoms that this stuff can create. Like I said, number one is cancer with the cruel minds, but also cooking food destroys the basic vitamins. It renders them useless. So then they sell you supplements which are equally useless because they're too specific and we have no idea how they're made. You know, there's a process that they have to go through as well. You know, things like when you look at that commercial dog food, we're looking at just that extrusion method that makes the kibble into that shape, but the ingredients that go into that might go through as many as six to ten cooking

9:55 processes prior to being made into the kibble. That's I mean just stacking layer on top a layer on top of a layer of problems, of challenges of stress. Because obviously when this stuff gets into the system, it's like the other toxin. It is going to stress the system and a body has to do something to relieve itself. Now, one of our listeners I mentioned that I might say something had an incident where an animal stopped eating, very very little, concerned everything else. The first vomit runs off to the veterinarian. I won't tell you how much it costs, but you know it was at least four digits. Only found out that the dog is not sick. According to the veterinarian, all the blood works fine, and all the red X rays, game bag fine, and there's no problem.

10:51 And yet you're sweating bullets because we have been trained to run to the veterinarian for every little thing. And this dog was who's also under all kinds of medication, uh sedation in order to do an X ray and you know, uh plugging back up the animals, trying to get rid of the bad stuff. The body's doing what it's supposed to do, and yet to medical intervention is quite the contrary, just the opposite. We have to start taking a stand on some of this stuff. We have to stop, you know, purchasing these items that are causing the problems. It's really really a problem. We are literally creating this health, this ill health, this so called disease spectrum with our pets by our actions. The dog doesn't go in, the cat doesn't go into the supermarket, the you know, the pet food store and pick a selection.

11:51 Bat In many cases we make it worse because whatever selection we have, we keep repeating it time and time and time again until actually the animal rebels, gets sick according to our modern definitions, you know, starts vomiting diarrhea to cleanse all that bad stuff out because it's accumulated so much bad stuff. And then of course we try to do a dietary change after all this build up, and now you're going to have more cleansing, more detoxification, which is a good thing, but it's messy and we hate to clean it up. We don't want to have to do that. I mean, I've had about with my own animal this week, where just because of toxins in the air and on the grass and then the sidewalks in the street, a solid day of small vomits, all plain mucus, not vomiting up food, not vombling up blood or anything of that nature, just mucus. And why is that mucus there. It's because it was created by the body to wall off poison. All these poisons are invisible.

12:55 A krulamite, isn't You can see it on that kibble is the color of it. That bread crust is the color of it. You know. Breeders, again, thank you for the comment, because breeders have been basically today are controlled by the veterinarian industry as well. In order to sell a puppy, a litter of puppies, to transfer them, to move them, transfer ownership, you now need health certificates that are provided by the veterinary industry, and they have put certain guidelines on all of this that you have to have a certain number of preventatives, both for disease or you know, worms, parasites, all these different things the kennel cough and stuff that they may never ever get, you know. And it's not based on your locale or your lifestyle. It's just overall completely a standard what they call a standard of care that every single animal, every single person for that matter, in the medical once you're in that medical system, that the doctors and the veteran ginarians are required to follow. Think about that.

14:04 This is created by the government and the people that work with the government to create these statues. These guides, so called guidelines, are they developed for health. I mean, why are we cooking our food anyway? Why is it that we are the only creature living on this big green planet that cooks our food everything else? Each raw every single day of their life. And they've survived for thousands, millions of years spending you know what you're using for a reference point. Why aren't they all dead? If bacteria was that bad, why aren't they all dead? If raw food was that hard to digest, wouldn't they all be starving to death? But they're not. They're not. And you know, yes, you know, one shot fits all. Yeah, it doesn't matter what size the animal is. We'll still put the same amount of mercury, aluminum, swallowing antibiotics and other biologics inside that body. Obviously, it's going to have a different toll on small dog as it isn't a big dog. Why doesn't a medical industry that's supposed to and states that they are there to help. Why are they doing this if it's not strictly for money? I know, it's harsh words, it's hard to believe that. You know, they all claim that they went into the business because they want to help animals and help people. You know, the veterinary industry has got a very very high turnover rate. People. They spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to get that education.

15:28 They're in debt up to the top of their head, so they have to make money, and then as soon as they can pay off their student loans, they quit. Nother of them. Don't quit. 19:20 That's great. I mean to find a veterinarian. It'll work with you. Yeah, doctor dem It's been on this show quite a bit. He's a regular and he you know, he's been a big, big help on this stuff. Unfortunately, like anybody that practices medicine, he still has to follow a certain amount of stuff in that standard of care. I know that turned out to be a little bit of a challenge with one of my recent cases because his advice sometimes contradicts what I say. But it's very interesting the way he works around that is he's he'll give you this suggestions and what basically what he's supposed to say because of the dinnertive care, and then the next thing out of his mouth is call Bill. And I know that a few of you out there are listening right now have heard that more than once from him, which is you know, I take it as an honor because I do do so much research all the time, and you know biocomplete, our manufacturing company, our processing company, I've worked on recipes and you know, the formulations on our herbal blends. But that up to I believe the number was between fifty and seventy percent of all these herbs that are sent to that are sourced out by these natural food coloring companies are rejected because of heavy metals and heavy toxic clothes. Because these props are raised in areas where they're using a lot of industrial sprays, pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, fungicides, and then of course a lot of them when they go into processing, the same thing is happening. So the challenge is going to be there. There's not going to be enough food coloring to go around, as plain and simple, and as it gets bigger and bigger, more big agricultural companies are going to get involved. We're going to seem to see the same thing happen with regular beats and some of these other crops as we have seen with corn and soy, where they're now planting huge, huge fields.

And then of course we're going to have the next problem, which is going to be they're not going to be as useful or as healthy as they used to be. You know, I talk a lot about herbals that when I was talking in several of the shows, we're talking about herbs and white herbs are basically a great source for food additions, small amounts. It's because they're ancient plants. They've been around on this planet forever. They're not mad made, they're not synthetic, they haven't been altered very much in any way. And you know, because of this, the mineral content is immediately available when you eat eat them, which is why herbal stuff works. They're not medicine. The term herbal medicine was designed by the people that are behind pharmaceuticals, so they had something to complain about to make it sound bad. Before the nineteen hundreds, there were not There was no such thing as herbal medicine.

And to break certain foods into a group and say that they're bad because they're medicine and then try to regulate the hell out of them, that's obscene in my view. It's obscene. I mean, I got a couple herbs that are basically found all over the world that actually grow as what we would consider weeds, that are kept off the market specifically because they will heal the body. And one of those herbs is called self heal. Well, do you think it was named that because you know, by you know, some storybook writer. No, it's because in ancient times they made tease out of it.

24:20 They added it to their bone broths and their foods because it made them people healthy. And that's been extremely difficult to source because it's always underscrutiny. I just saw comment in there. Why do we need food coloring? Only one reason? Marketing? Marketing? We need to have something that's going to stand out on the shelf. You know, you can pour a bowl of cheerios, and you can pour out a bowl of fruit loops, and what is that kid going to want even before they taste the first one? So they don't know it's not being based on taste because they study after study after study. And what motivates people?

25:01 What colors motivate people to do different things? In a retail business, when you walk through the store, all the sale signs are in what color? Red, Stop and buy me. It's an action color. You find it on almost all packaging. Green natural. So if I want to have a health food, I'm going to use green food dye so that you think it's healthier than the one that's in yellow food dyed. It seems nuts, it seems insane. But how do you select your foods? Do you read that package? Do you read the ingredient label? Most people don't. You know, we hear something on TV, oh, yogurt is good for you, and then you read the ingredient of a synthetic yogurt that's made in a factory, not coming off a farm, not made with real dairy, made with chemist chemicals, chemistry that yogurt, and people think they are eating healthy and nutritious, and you have to complain that they're sluggish, they're tired, they can't remember anything anymore. You know, we're doing this the battle with cholesterol. Your brain is fifty percent cholesterol.

26:03 You need large amounts of cholesterol to make hormones for hormone production along with the whole plethora of other things the body needs it for. So we've taken the natural amount, which used to be thirty years ago. You're cholesterol reading. They want to do that three p fifty or higher, between three fifteen four fifty, and now we're trying to get it down to one twenty five. And you wonder why you're getting dumber, why you have hormone issues, all these imbalances. Why does the medical community do this customers? And then they tell you then they cook at the death, which even if it had anything good in it, we've just destroyed the vinamin content of it. Foods are already to avoid of minerals because the soil is deplete, and that goes as well for our meat products and poultry products because they're eating the grass, the pastures, the hay, the forge that's raised as cattle feed and chicken feed with no minerals in it, and in agriculture they put in three minerals. That's it. Yeah, they say to eat colorful foods like bell peppers and different colors and that sort of thing. Why, yes, they do contain different compounds, but most of it's not unusable for him anyway. What's the natural color of peppers in nature? If you could even find one, normally, it's not going to be a bright orange or bright yellow or a bright red, because that would be save the link to the predators of plants, herbivores to basically attack that plant and eat that. No,

And here's another thing too, Almost all plant life is insect dicidle and flung the sidle and mill the sidle, because if it wasn't, those things would kill the plant. You know, bt corn, Basically that corn plant actually produces insecticide so the bugs won't eat it. And yet, so we're basically giving our animals that are fed these type of products, these type of crops raid. You know, why don't we just open their mouth and spray the canna raid in air and then watch them die in a spot. I mean, this is how stupid it is. Okay, there was one or two I might have missed in a very beginning. You know, you covered the sweet potatoes being good for us or not. No, I did not. I didn't see that one. Ah, why would we think sweet potatoes are good for us with all the sugar in them? And it's not really I mean the they're not ancient anymore. Okay, it's not the real plant and it's there. They are actually bread for that sugar content. Small amounts of this stuff are not necessarily bad. And usually when you're doing sweet potatoes, you know, you're normally, you know a lot of people will either boil them or bake them and then just eat the inner part of it. So the achrolamite is going to be on the outside where the baking process, the cooking process would actually occur. So small amounts are okay, you know, just form of fiber. But you know, dogs don't eat fiber. They get that from tendons and ligaments and bones and things of that nature. You know, fiber is highly over rated. In fact, you know, when they you know, when people are constipated, they tell you eat more fiber, and actually what that does is just plug up the system. Even more and can create things like me mega colon and all kinds of other infections in the colon, you know. So it's the whole thing is about balancing the diet out the way it should. Were

Oh, yes, I see that that was an interesting one. Yes. Well. You know, you know that I'm always available for collaboration if necessary, and you know we're trying to create an army that will start to do this now if you're referring specifically in the store, of course, I you know, I train a lot of I've trained a lot of people over the years, and I'm sure that when i start taking a little bit of time off and even today, because I'm so sometimes backed up on just you know, normal business stuff, paperwork and ordering and supplies and all of that stuff, that I've got a pretty good team that keeps up with it. And you know, can answer a lot of questions. And uh, of course when they run into problems, you know where they come running. All of you have been there, leave the messages for me and or they'll just come back with a question and I'll give it to give them answers and they run with it as well. So you know, it's it's gonna be interesting. I plan on living in well into my hundreds and doing this until until the day I give up, and so you maybe be listening to me for a long long time anyway, So anyway

33:54 to finish up on this a cruel my id thing, which of course is horrible. You know, what are the alternatives? Oh, my god, has another one of those that I just throw my hands up. Not swimming in the ocean with dogs because they might get salt water poisoning. You really need to talk to my team member Olivia about that she thinks her dog at a beach every day or almost every day, and that German shepherd dives into the waves and drinks a ton of sea water and of course normally comes out vomits and it has a bit of diarrhea. It basically cleans its own system. The dog is smarter than the veterinarian. You have to clean out that whole system. Like I say, I had a problem with my dog the mucus. They can't, you know, You and I can turn around going to shower, turn it on hot, the water on extra hot, and that steam loosens it all up, and then you're blowing your nose and spitting it out and all that. Your dog can't do that. In fact, half the time you can't even tell you that you've got that problem. You know, it's the nature has created its own season. God has created his own system. We were all made perfect. And even when you look at the dog breeds today, I mean, we have played with them so much with breeding and everything else to get certain looks and certain you know what we call confirmation, you know, and taking them away from being those wild wolf like creatures into basically alien

You know, you probably can't get much farther away from a wolf than probably a pug or a you know, a frenchie or some of these because their faces of smashtin, they can't breathe, they could never change, they can't run fast enough to be able to catch any prey. And if they did catch up to it. They don't have a mouth structure that would be able to allow them to grab it and kill it, you know, even you know, originally we thought about you know, these little you know, household dogs that are cute and cuddly. You know, I'm all teased with long coat and even a shorter face, but they still have a face and that long coat. Wolves have long coat, it's not a silky coat. So we've been breeding these things for our pleasure, and in many cases we don't care about the health of that animal, how it is going to survive, And it's kind of a you know, I look at as a as a travesty. And of course on the other side of that, you know, we feed what we can afford. And I tell people all the time, you know, when you make this commitment to have a dog or a cat, and in fact, we'll get into your budget. You know, so many clients tell me I can't afford raw diets, I can't afford the better foods, But somehow they can always come up with that one thousand or two thousand dollars for that emergency room.

36:45 Is it? And even if they don't have it, you know, they're they're begging and borrowing and stealing just to be able to do that because they love their animals so much. But I have to question, why didn't we show that love upfront before these things happen. Now? According to and I'm going to go back to my notes on chat GPT because any of you can go in there and you're going to get the same information. But although we do know that it will vary it depending on what it knows your philosophy is. And you know that they're tracking everything that we do, but you know alternatives are lower at a chromide exposure.
