Recently, I've seen on social media on the pet side literally dozens and dozens of groups and individuals out there all discussing the problem of our pets having seizures. Now, there's a lot behind this that the medical commune unity just doesn't seem to understand or respond to properly, which creates a lot of confusion, a lot of anxiety, a lot of stress on the pet owners, not to mention on the animal itself. I mean, let's face it, a seizure is not a pleasant thing to

3:18 go through. And of course, you as a pet parent, when you have an animal that's going into a seizure or through a seizure, you feel totally helpless. There's like, I can't do anything. I don't know why it's happening. I don't know how I can fix it permanently. I don't know how I can fix it temporarily. Well, tonight, we're going to dive into a lot of the things behind that. And you know, I want to preface it with saying that when I began my career fifty five years plus years ago, I don't recall any animals having seizures. It's a rather a modern day and I mean a very modern day occurrence that they are just really starting to explore and trying to come up with causes, treatments and understanding. But it is, you know, it's not as difficult as we might think. Okay, First and foremost seizures, of course, are caused by an imbalance primarily in the brain. Now, why do we have an imbalance in the brain? That's

4:49 the first question we have to ask. What is which means we have to look at root causes. Now Number one, I'm going to start with, is the brains said seventy percent water. Being that it is seventy percent water, we need to be supplying that pet with a good, sustainable source of clean living water. You're gonna adjust PhD based on what you're being told or indoctrinated too, but again that does not make it a better water. The process that we use actually splits the molecule so that it's a smaller molecule and can be absorbed at the blood brain barrier and directly into the cell. So you're getting cellular hydration, which is going to help out that brain that needs seventy clean, energized water. The units that we use also provides a hydrogen ion. Hydrogen water, of course, today is a hot button product, so we actually supply a lot of different things.

7:19 We can also adjust things like pH and that sort of thing. But water is where we have to start out with seizures because if that brain is not fully hydrated, we are going to have mineral imbalances, which is basically what is triggering many of these seizures. Now, I'll get into more of the causes here in a moment, but I wanted to start out with let's say your pet has a seizure right now, is having one number one thing that you have to have in your first aid kit in your home with any animal that has seizures or any person that has seizures, keep a bottle a jar of raw local honey and or Manuca honey if it's available in your area. Through personal experience, I've had many, many animals that have gone into seizures when they go into a seizure, and I've had this actually happen in the store with customers as well. If you take that raw honey and put it directly into their mouth, the properties of that raw honey are absorbed through the mucous membrane in the mouth, which is connected directly to the brain, and they usually pull out of that seizure in ten

8:51 to fifteen seconds. Yeah, you heard me right, that's ten to fifteen seconds that it pulls out of a seizure. First couple of times I tried it, I was just blown away. Did it with dogs, I've done it with cats. I had a cockatoo that went into seizures, and I'll get into some of the causes on that as well. But when I saw it happening, I grabbed my jar of honey, put a bunch of it on my fingers, stuck it inside the beak, and in ten seconds it was over with. It's not a long term cure in that sense, we're looking for a temporary relief of that imbalance, which is what this provides. Now, if we have a lack of hydration in the brain that's causing this, why is that actually happening. Well, let's start with what the average pet owner feeds their pets. Ninety percent of the market eighty five percent of the market basically feed a dry kibble type of food, which automatically, regardless of what the quality is or anything else, is causing that animal to be dehydrated. They cannot drink enough water to fully

10:26 rehydrate themselves, So we have this problem going on when it comes to digesting their food that they're already dehydrated to start with. And of course in many cases we start out with tap water or even bottle water, which is not chemically pure like it needs to be. It's not living water, so the utilization is very very limited and actually hydrating the body in a proper way. And animals are designed basically to get their oyster through their food. Whether it's a cow, whether it's a sheep, whether it's a dog, a cat, a mountain lion, it doesn't matter.

11:11 All these animals are normally eating basically raw foods, whether it's raw grasses and forage or raw meat, which all of these products contain approximately seventy percent water, and that's living water. That I spoke about this is that ionized living waters structured water, so it is being utilized by the body. So this is one of the big things that we have to look at when we have a seizure animal and we want to start down a path of wellness and correction, is that we have to get on a good water program. So that's that's, you know, basically, that's the first step, and of course the next step behind that is get rid of the dry food never again.

12:03 And of course behind getting ready to dry food, get away from the processed food, because the processing is killing the food as well. Every step in processing, whether we're making a kibble, whether we're making even a canned food, the cooking processes, all of this are destroying down the nutrients. And of course, not only does that brain need the hydration, it needs to write nutrients to be able to regenerate those cells. And I know that's a little bit of a controversy as well. Up until about five six years ago, the medical community didn't think that we could regrow brain cells once they were destroyed and suddenly, of course through modern technology, is now common knowledge that yes, we do replace those brain cells. However, they don't replace as fast as the cells on our skin, which is like every six weeks. Brain cells, nerve cells, eye cells, and the eyes are basically an exception and an extension of that brain.

13:11 Basically it can take two, three, four years to completely replace, so it's a longer process. We can't expect results overnight. So there's your first step, your second step right there. So if you make these small these and these are small changes. You know, if we're talking about a carnivore, you're talking about going to a species appropriate, preferably clean raw diet. Also, you want to do a rotational diet so they're always getting something different because every food brings different nutrients to the table. That's very, very important. That's how we balance the term complete and balanced as a hoax, because you can't with the body being dynamic and always changing, what are you balancing it for? You're only looking at that moment in time. So when we do the rotational diets and the variations and food and botanicals and things of that nature, over time, the body is going to naturally balance itself out the way it should. Now, the next part of that that we have to look at is we have to have the system working and functioning properly.

14:24 That involves the endocrine system primarily. That's where all our home hormones and enzymes. And you know, when you're controlling and balancing out hormones, you're balancing out the minerals which are necessary for the brain as well, and to keep that brain from malfunctioning and manifesting itself as a seizure. So that food needs to be clean. And when I mean clean, you don't want GMO fed. You don't want foods that are treated with glyfass, which is round up. You do not want chemical preservatives, chemical additives as far as flavor or concern. We don't want to add in chemical vitamins and mineral supplements because again these cannot be used properly, and they also do contain a large volume of impurities and other components that are not listed on that label that you have no idea. We don't know how the processes that made them. So you know, my approach has always been if I need a vitamin, if I need a mineral, if I need something to rebalance about it, where is it found in nature in its most natural form? And when I need the big parts of the diet. Of course, I'm a carnivore. I'm looking at meat, fish, and poultry. And if I'm looking at additives, I'm looking at raw dairy. I'm looking at raw eggs.

15:53 I'm looking at bone, broth, things that are minimally processed, if you will, to supplement and to help heal. In many cases, I also look to the wide variety of herbs and botanicals that are available to us. And I know there's gonna be a lot of people out there that are going to comment that, you know, my neurologists said, my specialist, said, my veterinarian, my doctors say that, you know, we have to be on medications for the rest of the life because there's no cure for these kinds of problems. And to that, I say, they need to start studying the real facts. They really start to need to study the true physiology as to how the body actually functions. And once you do that, and I learned this a long time. Once I learned this stuff, I can't unlearn it.

19:04 If you're going to tell me that I need a certain medication, I want to know how that medication is going to work. Number one, What in it is causing it to actually make these adjustments and these changes. And I haven't found a practitioner that can actually explain any of this stuff to me in any kind of detail, and especially in a way that most people can understand. This is the problem. I could talk about the science behind it, and the certain enzymes and a certain co factors and things like that nature, but you know what you're gonna be lost because you're not going to be able to do it. And of course when they do that, they're looking at single components. It's never about a single component, just like it's never about a certain pill or a certain medication that's going to cure it. We're going to get right back into this topic after this quick message.

This is Build a Pet Health Gurule, and we're talking about your pets having seizures and how they can be eliminated completely, how they can be prevented, and what to do if one happens. Now, I did mention in the beginning of this program the raw honey trick. It's not a trick. It actually works. Like I said, I've seen it work many many times on people and a various amounts and various of varieties of animals. It's just one of those things. And of course that provides you as a pet owner, with a little bit of relief right away. Now, as I mentioned that we were going into the break that a lot of veterinarians and doctors and neurologists and professionals will disagree that with what I say because they just don't understand because they've never really looked at the problem and as a whole body type thing. You know, a neurologists is looking at the nervous things, and you know, so many specialists are just looking at the symptoms of whatever condition it is and trying to basically manage that symptom, not manage the body. Now, as I mentioned dehydration is a major major issue. If we keep them hydrated, we're fine.

23:44 If you stay away from processed foods, that's going to help out a lot more. And it is one of those things that we have to just keep working at. I'm getting a few comments here on my phone, couple questions, this is interesting, Okay. Anyway, So if we start out we look at diet number one, no dehydrating, but diets after we make sure we're managing with good quality ionized living water, getting away from processing all those chemicals that are in processed foods, preservatives, you know, and sugars and inappropriate ingredients, things that they that our carnivores aren't designed to digest, which throws off that whole endocrine system. We have to clean out those filters so that as we detoxify, the toxins have someplace to exit the body. If I don't clean out my liver and I'm doing a detox, I'm just going to take those toxins from the site that they're at. That the that the botanicals and the mechanisms we're using the detox is working and just recirculating in the bloodstream, and uh, you know it doesn't leave

25:16 the body, so we still have that same that same toxicity there, and then we are adding to it every single moment of every single day. It's you know, it's one of those things. That you have. One control over. It's not about doctor, not about veterinarian. It's time that you take charge of your pet's health. Now, seizures are not caused by a lack of phenobarbital or any other drug. The body does not produce that stuff, and it doesn't produce it for a reason, and it's not a natural and b it's not necessary in a balanced animal. So why do the doctors say that when you have to seizure animal? And okay, I got to put it on one of these drugs for life, and you know what effect does it have on you? Number One, you have to administer it, which is stressful for both you and your pet. Secondly, they are toxins. They do contain toxic chemicals and side effects adverse events that you have to be aware of. And number three, it is not curing the problem and is not solving the problem.

26:49 So I'm all about solving problems. I want my animals to be healthy, which is why I rarely see any seizure animal of my own, and if I do, these have been animals. Unfortunately they come from rescues and been handed in because they can't afford these treatments anymore. And there's nothing on the horizon going through the conventional medical community that is going to satisfy this. Again, I want to remind you that you can comment in the chat room, and of course we would love to hear your questions there and your comments. I know a lot of you probably have had or do have animals with a seizure problem, and I'm sure you want to see it end now.

27:39 I was monitoring one of these seizure social media chats a while back. I still do, actually, but had tried to do a few posts in it and that sort of thing, and the edmins quickly took down my posts and my suggestions, even though it wasn't about specific products I was selling anything. I was just offering solutions. But it's not what conventional medicine wants to see. And basically one of the discussion groups that I that I was monitoring, we're talking about heartworm and flea and tick medications and which is the safest ones to use? You know, what has been your experience with them, And all I kept seeing is all these trade names come up, of all these different products that are available through the veterinarian and the veterinary community, that number one are all neurotoxin. They are all brain affecting, nervous central affecting drugs. So if I've got a dog that's having seizures all the time, why on earth would I ever want to give any kind of preventive medication, any kind of medication at all, that will have as a side effect listed on a

I mean, I'm sure those of you that have got dogs that are are on some of these medications, both with fleas and tics, you're trying to screwt around and find what could be safe. None of them are. But on the other side, if you're giving you a product like Phoena barbital, for instance, have you ever looked at the side effects? The adverse events that are caused by Phoena barbital on the label, on the insert that comes with it. Listed as a side effect are seizures, more seizures, and more severe seizures. That's on the insert that's telling you that this product will cause these under certain circumstances. Your animal already has seizures, why would you want to give them more? And if you look at what's causing it those imbalances, even if it does not cause more seizures in your pet, you're still creating more imbalances.

30:27 And that's affecting the liver, the kidneys, the heart, the adrenal gland, the pancreas, along with the brain itself. And I hate to tell you this, but most dogs do not speak English or Spanish or French or any other common language. So they when you give them that medication, you have no idea how it affects them, what they feel inside their body, inside their brain. But I can tell you one thing I know is when they do administer to humans, they can explain the side effects. They are not good, they are not healthy side effects. And why you would subject your animal to that because somebody wearing a white jacket or a set of scrubs said you need to do this, Because we said so, it's not their pets, it's not their loving pets, it's yours. Again, I have to tell you it's up to you to take charge of what is going into your pet's body.

31:50 There is no food that's going to stop seizures, not one single diet, one single food. Again, it's about the appropriateness of the diet being species appropriate. It's about those rotations that are going to clean out the toxins and cause those mineral balances to become best, back in line and alignment with what the body actually needs so that we will not have these health issues moving forward. It doesn't only affect animals with seizures. Seizures are just one of the symptoms to these this whole overload of problems.

32:39 The same thing is true and other types of so called life altering health issues that we see in our pets, things like diabetes, irritable bowel allergies, kidney failure, liver failure. These all have the same issues attached to them as seizures do. It's all caused by the same thing. It's not caused by a deficiency of one particular vitem or one particular hormone. It's about that whole balance. And this is what the medical community never investigates. They never look at the body as a whole. They're looking at it in individual parts and systems. And you know, when I've had doctor Michael dim on my program. We've discussed this a great detail. Of course, if you're going through our archives, you can find a lot of our comments on these types of things. But it's not about one one body part that's got a problem. It's in order for that body part to have a problem, the whole body has got to be out of whack. It's got to be out of balance. And it is our job, as that pet, parents, that guardian, to do just that, be the guardian guard

34:10 against these problems, guard against these imbalances, guard against these side effects. And again, the information's there. I can promise you though pretty much that if you ask your health provider to explain it to you, you are not going to give very much of an explanation. In many cases, they will not give you the insert that comes with the medication, that explains that the side effects and everything else that's there. 37:37 Every basically health challenge has a stress factor there. And we have three basic stressors chemical, emotional, and physical, and you have to address each one of those is a separate thing. You've got to chemically quit putting in drugs and food additives and so called preventive medicines into that pet's body relieve that stress. You have to quit stressing them out by worrying about them when they have a diagnosis. Just take it as okay, this is a stage of life. This is one of the things that happens in life.

38:18 And how do I fix it with a nice positive attitude. That energy reflects on the way your animal is going to react and how they're going to heal. And of course the physical stresses you know, you know, don't put them into physically stressful situations. You know, like you know, dog parts sometimes can be very very stressful on an animal being around other dogs. And think about every time you have to give them that pheni barbaital pill. You're fighting with them because they know it's a chemical and they don't want to take it. So now you've just created a whole other stress level that we don't want our animals to have. So I've gone over the hydration issue, the food issue, and we have many many previous shows on diets and appropriateness of different diets and herbal products, botanical products. That's sort of thing for our carnivores that will be very very helpful and you gaining the advice and the information that you need to make informed decisions.

39:52 The water. Again, the same thing I've had several water experts on this show that have explained the nature of the different types of water and why it is so important for health. I've had experts in that talk about minerals and how they're tied in how we have to what foods we need to have in order to balance out those mineral levels, things like copper and magnesium, and the problem that we have with toxic aluminum and mercury from vaccines and actually toxic iron as well. That creates this whole plesora of issues within the body. A lot of this stuff also affects trainability and behavior in your animal.

40:45 I mean, let's face it, if your brain is screwed up to the point where you're going to have seizures, there's probably a number of other emotional and psychological issues that are going to be going on as well. You know, our dogs today are not as easy to train as they were forty years ago, fifty years ago. When I started in this business, housebreaking was a three day event, you know, teaching basic obedience was when I started out, it was like a four week you know, training class that expanded the six week and now it's twelve weeks and in many cases and in some cases it has to be private training on top of that, which is a very expensive proposition. And it's all because your dog has other issues such as ad D and these imbalances that caused the seizures themselves. As I've mentioned, in making these changes, the chancellors in the likelihood of reoccurring seizures is greatly greatly diminished. Again some of the things that I use to work on that. Again, we clean out the filters, deliver the kidney with our different herbal compounds biocompletes.

42:14 You got a whole assortment of different herbal blends that help with these various problems and in fact for seizures themselves. They do have a brain and nerve supplement that actually targets that the cleansing of the filtration system, but along with rebalancing some of these mineral levels that are causing those seizures in the first place, we've seen excellent result with using these products. Sometimes even our stress and anxiety formulations will help because again we're calming the body down.

42:57 That's with the stress factors are are on, we are not going to be as likely to have an issue with a seizure popping up. Some of the other things that we have found for seizures. As I mentioned honey as a basically as a set of brakes in an actual seizure. But we've also found through our experience that if you administer law honey in a diet on a regular basis, again, seizures seem to just disappear because we're being proactive about creating a situation where we do not have a problem. Another actually co product of that is be pollen. There's many many practitioners out there in the natural health industry that prescribe local be pollen added to the diet as one of the ways that we can balance out this imbalance. And of course we don't know all the ways that it works. I mean, as we really know so little about so many foods how they work in the body. That's sort of saying, yes, food science has gotten to the point where they can break down the food into ten thousand different components, but how each one of them work, And of course they try to look at it how each one of them work, but they work in harmony with each other in a special synergy, which is why a whole food diet is

44:30 so so, so very important. When we do whole foods. You've got the synergy of the whole plant. And that's why when we do I do herbal products both on an individual client basis and for the overall health of animals and recommendations, we do the whole dried orb or the whole fresher because then we have the synergy of the whole plant. And we also have looked at energies between different herbs and botanicals, how they work together in symbiosis. So we want to have that advantage going on all the time, so your seizure animal can be completely reversed.

45:21 You don't have to live through looking at your dog in the middle of the family room on its side, going through this massive seizure, this issue where you're panicked. Not all seizures are that severe or that pronounced. Something like air licking is a seizure. We've seen those go into seizures, especially with mercury toxicity and things like that, which basically manifests itself as unwanted aggression, different types of anxiety, separation, anxiety, things of this nature. So all of this is entered into it again. Clean food, clean water, clean air. That's a secret to life today. Hopefully you've got a lot of information out of this show. Hopefully this will give you a little bit more insight. I want you to research it on your own. I want you to look at what's going on. That's an important part.
