And that's the problem. Without going any other areas, let's dive into it that dehydration is one of the most serious health issues that we confront in this world today. And I say that for a lot of reasons, because without proper hydration, our bodies can't heal, we cannot metabolize, we cannot utilize our foods properly, we cannot heal disease, we cannot move nutrients around to where they're needed. And you know, when you look at certain

2:14 tissues and certain body parts and that sort of thing, it's very, very important to understand why this is so important. First off, just take you know, our brains. Our brains are comprised of about seventy five percent water. Well, how many people out there are forgetful, how many people out there have been having migraine headaches? How many people out there have regular headaches from time to time. You know, the brain is running the rest of the body. So how many people out there have got arthritis? How many dogs have got hip problems, joint problems. All of these are all related to one subject, and that is dehydration. It's an important key in it. You know, that's responsible for bad health. You know, and disease formation. It's you know, it's one of those things high back to everybody that's listening.

3:09 How much water should a person or a dog drink each day? We're going to get into all of that because it's not as simple as what we're being taught. That's one of the first things I'm going to be talking about here. First off, we have to realize that water is truly a nutrient. It's probably the most important nutrient in our body, and you know, it's responsible basically for moving every single thing around our body. It's responsible for our blood flow, our lymphatic system, our liver and kidney, and the clean and cleanse. It's required on the cellular level, on a mitochondrial level, and we just don't pay much attention to it because it seems like it's an abundance here, of course, in this part of the world, But is it really Why do we still have problems with dehydration? Well, if I started out with our dogs, since dogs and cats are mostly fed dry forms of pet foods, that automatically sets up a dehydration problem, you know, because it's going to take a lot of water, a lot of moisture to break this down. You know, most people today use their municipal water system who are especially in the cities.

4:30 You know, you know that you're uronic because you get a water well. But we understand that these water sources are very low quality, loaded with a lot of chemicals, purifiers so called. You know, maybe most you know, most tap water is just horrible with what's in it, which means that we as humans go out and buy a ton of bottle of water. Now, when are they really selling you in that bottle When you pick up those cases of water, they're basically selling you plastic. That's you know, that's an important part of that. You're buying these plastic bottles loaded with BPA, loaded with palates, classic sizers, sitting in the sun basically and in the in the warm weather bleep leaching out these chemicals into that water. And in many cases that water is the same as your tap water, just run through another filter or sometimes flavors can be added to it. I mean, think about all the soda, this stroke, all the energy drinks, all of that all made with that tainted water. Now, obviously that's going to create secondary issues with the body. You're going to have issues in your dog as well. In fact, most people don't even think about it, but they just filled.

5:58 They just top off the dog's water bowl with tapwater. You know that bottle water is expensive. You know, I'm gonna keep that for myself. But the other parts of that too, is that water, that same tapwater is absorbed into our skin and our pets skin whenever we bathe, shower, So those chemicals are there. The skin is one of the biggest organs on the body. It absorbs a ton of chemicals, the chlorines, the fluorides, the chloromines, the microplastics. Now, any drug that's been put into anybody's body that has gone down the sewage system of the house is in that water. Any chemical that goes down the drain. You do you know, you do your dishes, you unplugge the sink, you run your dishwater. That's all going into our drains.

6:52 And it doesn't matter if you have public sewers or if you have your own septic system. That water going through that system eventually makes its way into groundwater. I know, the modern the more modern septic systems, you have to have it pumped out every now and then just to clean it because it will fill up when they take that off in that truck what we used to call honeywagons, and they dump it. Where do you think it's going? Yes, it's going into a treatment plant. But again, you know, where is the waste that they take out of it going. We know today because we've seen it in action in a lot of states, that sewage is given to farmers ranchers as fertilizer and is dispersed over the acreage where rainwater will eventually flush it down again into that groundwater where we actually pull it. A lot also gets is runoff.

7:57 I mean in several of the big manufacturs, and I mean some of the biggest in the world actually pump water directly out of the Great Lakes run it through their filtration system, which there's several different ones which I will mention here in a little bit, but that it's you know, all the runoff from all the agriculture was going into the Great Lakes or into the Gulf of Mexico. We don't use the water from the Gulf of Mexico because of salt water, but all the fresh water and that's a problem, you know, all the way upstream to even the natural so called spring waters, because that does contain groundwater. You know, there's an old adage that if you're in the wild and ro out, you know, have a branch or that sort of thing, always drink the water upstream of where your animals are. It's a good reason for that, as you know, it's unfortunate that we live in this this environment, you know, manufacturing plants continuously dumping waist down. I mean, we process food and at biocomplete, you know, all of our stuff has got to be cleaned and sanitized. That's all going in a sewer. And of course when we do do filtration and lazy do is a lot of different ones. The most commonly used one today for at least cleaning up our drinking water is reverse osmosis. Now, the problem with that, of course, is we strip out as much as many compounds as we really can, which includes the naturally occurring minerals. So

9:30 then we add in Obviously with this type, we have to add minerals back in because our body needs minerals, so we're adding synthetic minerals back in that basically are crossing havoc in our body as well. Now, one of the other problems that I address, I ran on dehydration for many many years, and it didn't really seem to affect me until I moved to Florida, and of course, with you know, the hot weather and the sweating and all of that, I was constantly dehydrated. I didn't like to tap water because I grew up basically when I lived in New York, in the southern tier of New York State, we had thirteen natural springs on our property. Now, this is going back to the fifties and the sixties, and we didn't have all these chemical problems in the agricultural areas that we do. In fact, most farms weren't even you know, they were using very little fertilizer, very little insecticidal products because they just weren't around. And you know, obviously the yields on that property was not as high as it would be on some of the super fields that we have today. But it was clean, it was refreshing.

10:42 And when I moved away, and I had this issue with drinking water because it didn't taste good. And even if you buy spring water again in the plastic, it's horrible. There are a few companies out there that are more responsible that do in glass, but that makes it even more expensive. And because of that, you just don't drink enough. But as the second part to that too, why we don't drink enough water, our body can tell that that water is not healthy. It's a natural instinct. Our dogs and cats have the same problem. And of course cats have an additional problem and the fact that they are a desert animal and they have to get their water in a very very special way that I'm going to talk about, and that actually we should be doing more and more of as we move along. But you know, as I say, the hydration is necessary to move everything around our body. Our body. The second thing that we're very deficient in is good quality bioavailable minerals because that's what runs everything. And again, without the hydration, we just can't move it all around. You know. We're often told by you know, dot and veterinarians that we need to drink plenty of water. They tell us eight glasses, ten glasses, so many ounces per per pound of body weight. They have always formulations that they do. But we don't drink

12:15 that much water normally because it doesn't it isn't satisfying the core of the body. That's what we have to satisfy, is that core. You know, the what we're actually drinking is what I consider and many other scientists talk about, is dead water. On the other side, there's If there's dead water, there has to be living water. What is living water? Well, that's water that carries a positive charge ionization. That's found in good spring water where the water is moving constantly. It's found in the base of rain water.

12:57 But of course now with cloud seeding and camtrails and all of that, we've lost that ability through being so called scientific and modernize and progressive. So you know, collecting rain water, while it's healthier than most tap water, is still problematic. Now again living water. Where what else would we get living water? And where would a cat a feline get most of their nutrient hydration from. That would be diet, real foods, you know, in case of a cat or a dog, could be just a raw meat diet. That's what they're supposed to eat anyway, seventy percent seventy percent living water in these foods. Why do we cook our food because we've been told to we're better off eating raw foods, not only vegetables and fruits, but also our meat. That's what we did at the beginning of time, at the beginning of the humanistic period, if you will.

14:02 So we're missing all of that hydration because we're not eating the foods the right way. And of course, when you look at fruits and vegetables today, because of genetic modifications and selective breeding and things like that, we've actually also incorporated into our food nutrient water a lot more sugars, which, of course we know creates a lot of other problems with our body. That's very very nest you know, that's a very necessary thing to watch because they can cause the sugars. Of course, the carbohydrates are behind insulin resistance and eventually diabetes and even cancer. So and what that living waters does though too, because it's ionized, it's electrically charged.

14:51 It attracts for removal from the body, dead cells, dyeing cells, cancer cells, a lot of different talks. You know, some of the man made toxins are a little bit tougher, but all the natural toxins are moved out of the body. So we're flushing out all of that. It's cleaning out the blood vessels, it's cleaning out the gut, it's clearing out the lymphatic system. And we need that, we need all that stuff coming out. You know, I mentioned in the beginning that our brain is seventy five percent water. Dehydration not only affects, as I mentioned, things like headaches and that sort thing, but it also has a profound effect on hormonal issues, mood issues, of course, memory, which is the one thing that I mentioned earlier, and even our reaction time. You know, if you're driving down the road and you're not hydrated, and you haven't you know, you haven't taken a break or drinking water while you're doing that, that's going to affect your your reaction time.

15:56 Haven't forbid you get in a in an accident because you haven't had an hydration. It's gonna work on, like you say, on your memory, your focus. I know myself, I get so busy some days I forget to grab my trusty bottle. Of course, I do a ionized water from biocomplete our alkaline ionized water. This is Bill the Health Gurule, and we're talking about the importance of hydrating the body properly and using the right types of water and things of that means. Now I started off again. I want you to share this because this affects every living creature in the face of the earth. And most of your neighbors and friends probably never give it a second thought, or if they do, it's just you know, the brand new energy drink or you know, athletic drink or something of that nature, or the latest one on the market.

19:34 Will try that and see if that does any better. But it doesn't. This is the problem. It's not hydrating at that cellular level. You know, if you stop them, think about it. If you get dehydrated, severely dehydrated, like at the beach, or if you're out camping or hiking or something like that, you can drink a ton of water and all you're gonna do is pee a ton of water. It goes right through you. It's not getting down the cellular level, which is very very important. Well, so that's one of the things that you have to remember. But here's a couple of other things that I mentioned. You know, where they're cleaning out toxins and things like that. It is essential for it to cleanse out food and indigestible waste out of our guts, dead and dying cellular material like I mentioned, including the cancers, including scar tissue, mucus.

20:24 How many of you guys gals out there wake up all stuffy every morning. You gotta flesh that out because that's not just in your nose, it's not just in your sinus. It's going on throughout the whole body. And your dog's going through it a lot too, especially with the camtrails and call the chemicals today. I get every single week, call after call after call. My dog developed a cough. Is it kennel cough? Is it bronchitis? Is it you know something else? No, it's the body's not cleansing itself because they're not drinking enough water. And if you've ever listened to a veterinarian, it tells you to, you know, get your cat to drink butter water. You have to ask what kind of drugs they're are because cats just won't drink more water. Like I say, they get that from their food. Dogs get it from their food.

21:08 So on a raw dietam obviously they're going to be much much healthier. But also stop and think about, especially U Kidi owners out there, the number of cat people that you've ever encountered, and even a lot more now in dogs, and then a lot more now in humans. With UTI's crystals stones, Okay, then it caused not only by those toxins that aren't being flushed out, but also things that have to be flushed out as well are things like parasites, fungus, mold, bacteria, and a whole pluster of other things. We have to understand. If we don't have enough fluid going through the system, it is going to start to back up deliver or the kidney, the lymphatic system and other organ systems are gonna be affected.

21:56 Another thing that we don't think about is how are all those waste products trans transferred to the elimination systems. If you will, it's test to go through circulation slot and it's one of the prominent prominent issues that everybody worries about. Art disease, congestive heart failure, congestion, the word plaque in the arteries because when there's not enough living water, those veins and arteries plug up because there's not the blood system makes is getting thicker and thicker and thicker.

22:37 And when it's gets thick, when your blood is thick, it doesn't circulate very well, and so that does create art problems, you know, all kinds of things like that. It's just, you know, we have to have this stuff efficiently eliminated in order to survive, and those cells in order to work properly at getting rid of the problems, have got to have enough living water, hydrated hydration water. It's like I say, it's not easy sourcing today. You know, there's been you know, there's all kinds of filters on the market. I mentioned the rows. Unfortunately they stripped out everything and we have to you know, basically remineralize it in order to give it any kind of a charge.

23:26 And you know, obviously the paper type filters, the charcoal and the you know, resins and things like that are low efficiency. But over the years there's been a lot of research into into cleaning water, but cleaning it unfortunately, most of the units that they've put together are built on price points, you know, so they have very very limited lifespans effectiveness. I mean, I was talking with a water expert bout a week ago. We could have been doing water filtration systems us to work for decades, and I asked him a question that I get all the time because we sell some little different filters obviously through my paleopat and other organizations, and it comes up that how do you know when to change that filter? In a filter countridge. How long is that activated charcoal going to work? At carbon? How long is that resident gonna work?

24:27 You know, all of these are helpful in a filtration and purifying, but we don't know where the effectiveness runs off. And basically what he said is you can be proactive, you change it more often than not. It's going to be expensive, but at least you'll have that peace of mind and you'll know that you're still working closer to the peak performance. The other thing is if your water, if you're going to filtered water, if your water changes taste at all, that's the first sign the filteration isn't working. You're using a tabletop or countertop of filter. We do do some ionized drops that you can add to tap well, actually any water, but tap water especially and it will help ionize it. And it said an all natural product that actually is a form of volcanic rock that just happens to be found to have these properties. And then of course there's a lot of electronic units out there.

25:30 You know, different things you can add to that. You know ro system or uses standalone things like that, and a lot of them. There's a lot of ionization units that use chemical. Well, yeah, you're ionizing the water, but what's happening to the residue from that particular compound, that ionization compound, is it being used, is it natural? Is it working? Now? We have found you know that all these so called bottle waters naturals in there, supposed clean, filtered, all of that, but most of that as marketing type. You know, is there really xyz spring in the middle of the mountains and got the cleanest water that we've ever found. Well, some sources are going to be cleaner than others, but what happens is they start pulling out more and more of this water. It's pulling out from deeper groundwater and surface groundwater because you now have voids as the water's going to be held there, and that's eventually going to become more and more polluted as well.

26:29 The units that I've found most useful is there several systems out there that are rather high tech but also very very pricey, but they use things like electrolysis electricity to change the charge of the water, to break the water molecule down into smaller components. Because you know, when you look at water, if you put a drop of water on a countertop or a plate or something of that nature, you're going to see it kind of forms a dome. It's got tension, it's got structure, and that's what makes it hard for it to get into the body as a cellular level. And it's the same as true with plants, because that's a necessary part for watering and hydrating plants as well our gardens, you know, our flowers, all of that sort of stuff. But we found that if we find surfactants, which is a compound that is found in a lot of plants, this is what we've changed over a lot of shampoos and different cleaning products too, that that actually breaks that surface tension. And what happens is the water it gets under the dirt particles and lifts them up. So for cleaning products and things like that, so we don't have to use chemicals, we can use these botanical surfactants to make the water wetter. And of course, you know when you're like especially for bathing and cleaning, and especially on the body, like you say bathing, you

28:00 don't want to have chemicals that are going to be removing the natural oils and protective cells that are on the body, because that's what dries out a dog of skin, a half's skin, our skin dries out our hair. But the surfactant based thing item won't do that. But now on the other side, with the ionized water, if you combine that with ionized water coming through your system, like I said, we use electrolysis, you've got that molecule of water is not only the surface tension broken, but also we split it in half, so now we can be absorbed on a cellular basis. And of course, if we're doing this with a good spring water that all the minerals have not been removed out of, that's going to feed your body even better. It's going to help cure different conditions that your body has. And it's that water itself is just one of the tools. The body actually does the work, but we have to give it the tools, and that water is a game changer. I've seen it reverse atto immune problems. I've seen it with kidney problems, liver problems, because it's it's breaking it down into all those toxins and all those forms into such a minute molecule that they can get out of the body real quickly.

This is built of Pet Health Guru and we're talking about hydration and the importance of water and different types of water and it's the key. It's the key to life. I mean, stop and think. For centuries people were searching for the fountain of youth. They knew that water was the key going back thousands of years. And all we have done in modern civilation civilization has made it an even more daunting task. We've pushed the bar away. We pushed it with pollutants and toxins and so called treatments and all of that that just have driven us crazy and sickler and sicker and si Now I know I had a couple of questions they popped up on the chat. I want to get those knocked off as quickly as possible, so if we can repost them. Okay, hi, I know who you are. How much water should a person or a dog drink each day? As much as their body will basically tolerate. And that's why I say your body will reject it after a certain point in time, because it knows it's bad. So even at best, you're sometimes getting minimum amounts I myself on an average day, including water and things like coffee and you know, any cheese.

32:31 I might drink just plain ionized water, which I showed you. I mean, this is this happens to be our own, which is biocomplete. This is an alkaline water. I drink an eleven point five pH, which is a very high alkaline water. Most people drink a little bit lower, a nine point five and eight point five. It should be in the alkaline side because acid water does create all kinds of gastric problems, and we don't want that to occur over time. Actually, is one of the things that they're finding is kicking up the cancer rate a bit. But so on an average you know, the animal will generally mitigate, you know, moderate itself based on what it needs.

33:14 But the more living water through food that we can get into our body, the better off we are. And that's so it's gonna change quite a bit from day to day. You know, if you're out, you know, in the heat and doing workouts and things of that nature, and you've got a lot of toxins in your body, you're gonna be sweating more out if you're leading a more sedentary life and not being used using toxic compounds and eating toxic foods, you're gonna drink more a lot less. So that's gonna vary quite a bit. Now. I think there was another question on there, and you know, uh, filters definitely help, but some are better than others, and you try to justify the cost of some of them.

33:55 You know, ro O units are very very expensive. They're expensive to operate on top of that, and like I said, they do they do s drip out all the minerals, so you've got to figure on another cost on top of that in the cost of the unit and that sort of thing. What do we suggest for showers? There are a number of cartridge type shower devices that you can put on. We sell one of what we consider to be one of the best ones on my palaeopat dot com and in the store, and you know, I usually don't mention brand names here, but you can go on and find it there. Uh. You can call these call the store as well, or email us and we can send you over information on the ionization units that we UH that we use personally.

34:41 They say, I do have a if you're in South Florida, I do have a technician. Uh, there is a filtration specialist. Uh. They could actually design you a filtration a custom filtration unit that's relatively inexpensive compared to some of these r O units. And that's thing, and we'll do a much better job and of course lower maintenance costs. So we have to try to do as much as we can along the way. And you know, if you stop and think about it, some of these ionization units, you know, and even even just for your drinking water, primarily your health is worth and your pet's health is worth everything in the world. We don't want to skimp on that, you know. I mean I've seen some that are in some of the best ones are in the you know, five six thousand dollars range, some a little bit less than that four thousand dollars range. And we think about that as a horribly expensive thing to just filter water but then treat your water. But when you stop and think about it, you're using that water all day long to hydrate your body, use pets, bodies, your family's body.

35:51 Isn't it worth it to have that that kind of effect on the body. You know, we don't take anything is spending fifty thousand dollars, sixty thousand dollars that sort of thing. And these units last twenty five years or more. We've got units in the field twenty five years old or longer. Some people will upgrade them and sell them off, of course to get a newer version. But think what we do we buy a car for fifty thousand dollars, it sits in the parking lot. Unless you're you know, a sales rep on the road. It's sitting in a parking lot or in your garage or in your driveway. Ninety percent of the time, it's depreciating for the moment.

36:33 It's not adding any value to your life. Convenience, yes, but actual value. Like I say, unless you're a sales rep or you know, where you're driving is important to you. You know, we can, we can look at it as an asset, but it's you know, it's just one of those things that we have to put our priorities in the right place. Our health should be number one paramount. Our pets, our families' lives should be at the top of the list, and of course our pets rely on us. It's not like they can go and turn on the faucet and get their own water. If you had clean water coming into your house, you know, you know, were amazed sometimes because the dogs and cats are drinking out a toilet. You take them out for a walk after a rainstorm, and this I use as an example a lot take them out after a rainstorm for a walk.

37:28 They smell every puddle, but they don't drink out of everyone. They got plenty of water at home. And it's it's amazing that a number twenty two puddle, number twenty two or number twenty one, the dog starts drinking and you're standing there screaming, don't drink the dirty water. Why did they do it? Because that water was different? And you know where do animals drink in a while. They don't drink out of Zephyr Hill bottles. They drink out of puddles, usually those puddles. And the way they're so selective is those puddles that water that's standing, water is sitting on. Different minerals in the soil have different herbal properties, basically herbal teas because there's plant material that has fallen in it.

38:14 And you know, if it happens to be in the plot of you know valerian root. Hey, they just have valarian tea, you know, meadow sweet, same thing. It could be underneath a wall of tree and they're drinking that brown, dirty looking water, disgusting looking in color like coffee almost, But that's what kills the parasites. That's aide in there being abe to eliminate parasites in a natural form. So there's a lot of different aspects to this that we need to take into consideration. And you know, I want you to seriously consider upgrading your water, get yourself healthy, rehydrate yourself, your pets, your family, and the more scientific research that we can get on clean water and how to remove these super toxin the microplastics, and how you as a citizen need to start standing up and talking about the need to clean up our environment. That's very very important to all of us, because you know, if you get one business to stop doing something again, I'm gonna I've almost out of time here.
